Villa Madhil is a luxury 5 bedroomed villa set in its own landscaped gardens with large pool and children's pool.
The villa is set over four floors and has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with patio doors which lead onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace area is spacious and has ample seating for 10 people and also benefits from cover from the mid day sun. Views are over the pool and mountains beyond.
The lounge area has sofas and chairs and a large television with Satelite television which shows english programmes and sport!, there is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave and large Fridge Freezer and all crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
There is also a seperate room on this floor which additional seating.
There are 5 bedrooms, one the first floor there is a Master bedroom with a four poster bed and an ensuite shower/wet room. The master bedroom also has a large balcony overlooking the pool area and surrounding views. There is a futher double bedded room with balcony, a single bedded room with seperate balcony and a further shower room/wet room. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with everything you could need in order to just unpack and start your well earned holiday.
On the second floor there is another shower room/wet room, a twin bedded room and a bedroom with three single beds. All bedrooms are fully equipped with hand made furniture.
The villa is fully air conditioned (except Games Room), and is in an ideal location. Quiet however within a 10 min walk to the cenre of Hisaronu.
On the lower floor there is a well equipped games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and a large selection of games, there is also an electronic Dart Board! There is a further television with play station so enough to suit all ages of the family and for everyone to have some well earned fun!
The villa also boasts a second terraced area within the gounds that has a seating/patio area with table and chairs and a large built in BBQ - a perfect place to cook your food and eat al fresco while enjoying an ice cold beer!
Villa Madhil is in an excellent location in a quiet area of Ovacik but located only a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Olu Deniz beach with its beautiful lagoon is only a short dolmus bus ride away so a car is not necessary.
Villa Madhil is furnished throughout to a very high standard with locally made furniture plus all the little extras which make it a home from home.

Villa Madhil has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are kingsize bedrooms, one single, one twin and one three bedded room plus a cot if required. Three bedrooms have access to balconies where you can sit and watch the fabulous sunsets. En suite shower room to one kingsize bedroom and large family shower room plus 2 other shower rooms.
GAMES ROOM for you to have plenty of fun in, pool table, table tennis and football table - to suit all ages.
Spacious lounge with log fireplace, TV with television stations, some sport, DVD player for DVDs and CDs
We have supplied a mobile phone with a Turkish sim card for you to use to speak to Karen if you have any problems, or to order any trips, taxis or groceries and food from the local supermarkets who will deliver. You can top up the credits on the phone quite easily from the local shops, please make sure you leave credit on the phone for the next guests.
Inside dining room seats 8 but outside boast two tables which comfortably seats 10. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons plus washing machine and large fridge freezer, microwave, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils provided.
There are smoke alarms on every floor and a fitted safe, there is also the added benefit of security wrought iron on the windows and doors to ensure your protection and security.

There is a large covered sun terrace overlooking the pool and children's pool.
The terrace surrounding the pool is well equipped with sun loungers, side tables and parasols.
The main pool is 8 by 4 metres with steps at the shallow end.
The children's pool in near to the main pool so while relaxing on the lilo you can keep an eye on the children! There is also an outside shower.
There is a built brick BBQ with seperate terrace area to enable you to sit and dine alfresco and off road parking area at front of house.

We can arrange return airport transfers for you, either by car or minibus depending on number of people.
Transfers are arranged through our sister company Guide Tours who are a registered TURSAB member and are fully insured.
We can also provide some essentials for you for your arrival. We offer a welcome pack or A full shop can be undertaken for you - ideal if you arrive late at night or early in the morning, please enquire when booking.
All linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels please bring your own. For a 2 week stay you will have a bed linen and towel change mid way but not a full clean. A Full clean is available at an extra cost - please enquire when booking
If you do not fancy hiring a car and driving yourselves we can arrange a mini bus or car, with your own driver, to take you where ever you want to visit, no need to rush, just spend as much time as you want at the local beauty spots. We can also arrange minibus hire/car hire for you either for collection at the airport or delivered to the villa.
Also we can arrange any trips and excursions for you with free return transfers to the villa. Trips and Excursions are provided through our sister company Guide Tours. These can be booked prior to arrival. Book two or more trips and receive the Olu Deniz Boat trip for half price - A great day out. For details please just ask.

Conditions
All guests must have adequate travel insurance.
A 25% deposit is required on booking, which is non refundable, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
A £250 breakage deposit is required when balance is due, to be refunded within 1 week of your departure
( subject to satisfactory property inspection ).
Arrival time from 3pm, departure time 10am. If the villa is unoccupied on your arrival date, you may arrive earlier. Also if no one is due to arrive on your departure date you may stay on until later if possible, we try to be flexible.
Minor breakages such as a glass or plate etc can be replaced locally, if you would leave a few lira to cover the cost that will be appreciated.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This stretch of the Turkish coastline is also known as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast. The area around Fethiye is one of Turkeys most beautiful, offering a perfect mix of beach resorts, mountain scenery and small rural villages and lots of historical sights.
The Turquoise coast is located on the south west coast of Turkey . It was known as Lycia in ancient times. It is a region of breath-taking beauty. The region, bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, has something to offer everyone, from sunbathing and swimming to a variety of sporting activities for the more energentic.
Saklikent is 50 km away from Fethiye and is a natural gorge, 18km long and reaches 600m in places. It is a unique place to visit, where the ice cold water comes down from the mountains, with mountaineering, trekking, rafting and swimming possible.
Yakapark is near Saklikent where you can sample the local trout in tranquil surroundings. The restaurant area is shaded by ancient trees with small rivers and springs cooling the air around you.
The Dalaman River begins in the Kocas Mountain and is 229 km long, alongside the river are the famous mud baths where you can cover yourselves with mud and let it dry in the sun. Further up the river you can go rafting and where the river meets the sea is Turtle beach, which is a protected area for the nesting turtles.
If you wish to go further afield you can visit Pamukkale & Ephesus - reputed to be the eighth wonder of the world although this is a 2 day trip it is unmissable and well worth the journey.
There is plenty to do for people of all ages and because of the fantastic climate, warm temperatures and friendly people you will wish to return again and again.
The Olu Deniz area
Ovacik is a quiet area situated between the lively and friendly resort of Hisaronu and the nearby town of Fethiye. It is ideally located and benefits from a pleasant cooling breeze, offering a welcome break from the heat of the summer sun.
The dolmus, (pronounced dolmush), (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around, and the villa is only a 10 minute stroll to the main Hisaronu-Fethiye road along which the dolmus runs every 5-10 minutes in season. The dolmus can either take you to Fethiye or Hisaronu and Olu Deniz.
Ovacik has a selection of smaller supermarkets where you can buy a range of food, It also has a number of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine, including English, Italian, Chinese, and Indian to traditional Turkish dishes, all at very reasonable cost.
Olu deniz hosts the famous Blue Lagoon and is located approx. 10 mins away by dolmus. Here you can see the paragliders glide down from Mount Babadag and land on the beach, a fantastic experience which you can participate in with a tandem pilot. The views are breathtaking, words simply are unable to describe them.
Fethiye, which is a working town, open all year, has become a thriving harbour town and tourist attraction.
It is only approx. 15 minutes by dolmus. It also boasts a large very cheap market every Tuesday - an ideal location to buy all your designer goods!

Fly to Dalaman Airport from any airport and then we can arrange a minbus or taxi transfer to villa - depending on the number of people, once you have exited the terminal building you will be met by your driver or will take you straight to the villa - a great way to start your holiday. Alternatively we can arrange car hire/minibus hire for you either for collection at Dalaman or delivered direct to the villa on a day and time best suited to you.

The villa is absolutely everything you could want it to be. It was very spacious, stunning and had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are literally a 5-10 min walk away and a further 20 mins walk along the main road will take you to the lively town of Hisonaro, although we used to take a short cut through the back roads which saved us at least 10 mins. Transfers from the airport and back again were perfect even when we had a delay arriving. These were arranged through Karen so we had nothing to worry about. She also advised us on which beaches to visit which was great. For some of us this was a first trip to Turkey and we would definately return in the future. Seamless enjoyable holiday from initial enquiry to our trip home. Excellent communication from the property Manager, Karen. Transfers from and to the airport were arranged at a reasonable rate with a helpful and careful driver. The Villa is in a great spot, close enough to walk to bars and restaurants yet in a peaceful quiet road. Plenty of room to eat outside and relax by the pool which was cleaned every day. The games room was well used during our stay with several table tennis tournaments taking place. The Villa was perfect for us, 9 people altogether from age 13 to 50 +. Dates within the season marked Unknown (coloured grey) are dates that are provisionally being held for guests, once the booking form and deposit has been received then the villa will be booked. However if no booking form is received within 48 hours then the villa will become available for rental.
Arrival days are flexible depending on flights.
