A luxury 5 bedroom villa set in its own landscaped gardens with large pool and children's pool. Excellent location in a quiet area of Ovacik but located only a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Olu Deniz beach with its beautiful lagoon is only a short dolmus bus ride away so a car is not necessary. Villa Madhil benefis from a GAMES ROOM in the basement, with a pool table, table tennis, table football etc, an ideal place perfect for everyone to relax and have some fun!
Villa Madhil is furnished throughout to a very high standard with locally made furniture plus all the little extras which make it a home from home. It has marble flooring on 2 floors and air con throughout. (except games room)
Patio doors lead from the dining room to a large covered terrace which provides extra shade during the day and overlook the pool area. The perfect place to relax and dine al fresco or why not enjoy a BBQ.

Villa Madhil has 5 bedrooms, 2 kingsize bedrooms, one single, one twin and one three bedded room plus a cot if required. Three bedrooms have access to balconies where you can sit and watch the fabulous sunsets. En suite shower room to one kingsize bedroom and large family shower room plus 2 other shower rooms.
GAMES ROOM for you to have plenty of fun in, pool table, table tennis and football table - to suit all ages.
Spacious lounge with log fireplace, TV with television stations, some sport, DVD player for DVDs and CDs
We have supplied a mobile phone with a Turkish sim card for you to use to speak to Karen if you have any problems, or to order any trips, taxis or groceries and food from the local supermarkets who will deliver. You can top up the credits on the phone quite easily from the local shops, please make sure you leave credit on the phone for the next guests.
Inside dining room seats 8 but outside boast two tables which comfortably seats 10. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons plus washing machine and large fridge freezer, microwave, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils provided.
There are smoke alarms on every floor and a fitted safe, there is also the added benefit of security wrought iron on the windows and doors to ensure your protection and security.

There is a large covered sun terrace overlooking the pool and children's pool. The terrace surrounding the pool is well equipped with sun loungers, side tables and parasols. The main pool is 8 by 4 metres with steps at the shallow end. The children's pool in near to the main pool so while relaxing on the lilo you can keep an eye on the children! There is also an outside shower. There is a built brick BBQ with seperate terrace area to enable you to sit and dine alfresco and off road parking area at front of house.

We can arrange return airport transfers for you, either by car or minibus depending on number of people.
Transfers are arranged through our sister company Guide Tours who are a registered TURSAB member and are fully insured.
We can also provide some essentials for you for your arrival. We offer a welcome pack or A full shop can be undertaken for you - ideal if you arrive late at night or early in the morning, please enquire when booking.
All linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels please bring your own. For a 2 week stay you will have a bed linen and towel change mid way but not a full clean. A Full clean is available at an extra cost - please enquire when booking
If you do not fancy hiring a car and driving yourselves we can arrange a mini bus or car, with your own driver, to take you where ever you want to visit, no need to rush, just spend as much time as you want at the local beauty spots. We can also arrange minibus hire/car hire for you either for collection at the airport or delivered to the villa.
Also we can arrange any trips and excursions for you with free return transfers to the villa. Trips and Excursions are provided through our sister company Guide Tours. These can be booked prior to arrival. Book two or more trips and receive the Olu Deniz Boat trip free - A great day out. For details please just ask.

Conditions
All guests must have adequate travel insurance.
A 25% deposit is required on booking, which is non refundable, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
A £250 breakage deposit is required when balance is due, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure
( subject to satisfactory property inspection ).
Arrival time from 3pm, departure time 10am. If the villa is unoccupied on your arrival date, you may arrive earlier. Also if no one is due to arrive on your departure date you may stay on until later if possible, we try to be flexible.
Minor breakages such as a glass or plate etc can be replaced locally, if you would leave a few lira to cover the cost that will be appreciated.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This stretch of the Turkish coastline is also known as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast. The area around Fethiye is one of Turkeys most beautiful, offering a perfect mix of beach resorts, mountain scenery and small rural villages and lots of historical sights.
The Turquoise coast is located on the south west coast of Turkey . It was known as Lycia in ancient times. It is a region of breath-taking beauty. The region, bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, has something to offer everyone, from sunbathing and swimming to a variety of sporting activities for the more energentic.
Saklikent is 50 km away from Fethiye and is a natural gorge, 18km long and reaches 600m in places. It is a unique place to visit, where the ice cold water comes down from the mountains, with mountaineering, trekking, rafting and swimming possible.
Yakapark is near Saklikent where you can sample the local trout in tranquil surroundings. The restaurant area is shaded by ancient trees with small rivers and springs cooling the air around you.
The Dalaman River begins in the Kocas Mountain and is 229 km long, alongside the river are the famous mud baths where you can cover yourselves with mud and let it dry in the sun. Further up the river you can go rafting and where the river meets the sea is Turtle beach, which is a protected area for the nesting turtles.
If you wish to go further afield you can visit Pamukkale & Ephesus - reputed to be the eighth wonder of the world although this is a 2 day trip it is unmissable and well worth the journey.
There is plenty to do for people of all ages and because of the fantastic climate, warm temperatures and friendly people you will wish to return again and again.
The Olu Deniz area
Ovacik is a quiet area situated between the lively and friendly resort of Hisaronu and the nearby town of Fethiye. It is ideally located and benefits from a pleasant cooling breeze, offering a welcome break from the heat of the summer sun.
The dolmus, (pronounced dolmush), (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around, and the villa is only a 10 minute stroll to the main Hisaronu-Fethiye road along which the dolmus runs every 5-10 minutes in season. The dolmus can either take you to Fethiye or Hisaronu and Olu Deniz.
Ovacik has a selection of smaller supermarkets where you can buy a range of food, It also has a number of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine, including English, Italian, Chinese, and Indian to traditional Turkish dishes, all at very reasonable cost.
Olu deniz hosts the famous Blue Lagoon and is located approx. 10 mins away by dolmus. Here you can see the paragliders glide down from Mount Babadag and land on the beach, a fantastic experience which you can participate in with a tandem pilot. The views are breathtaking, words simply are unable to describe them.
Fethiye, which is a working town, open all year, has become a thriving harbour town and tourist attraction.
It is only approx. 15 minutes by dolmus. It also boasts a large very cheap market every Tuesday - an ideal location to buy all your designer goods!

I have just returned home from 2 weeks in Villa Madhil. Myself and my family all agree that it was one of the best holidays ever, in fact we are already organising our trip next year! The villa is excellent with a decent sized pool, the terrace was used all of the time, the location is fairly quiet, but plenty of wildlife. The town of Hisaronu and Olu Deniz are very easy to get to, taxis and buses are plentiful and cheap. Karen and Pete made our stay very easy, everything was organised really well, even transfers from the airport were organised for us, nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all a fantastic holiday!

A spacious well appointed villa with a pleasant 10 min walk to the centre of Hisaronu. Good size pool and sun terraced area. Downstairs games room and DVD player kept the kids amused when the need arose. The one hour transfer time between Dalaman and the villa was hassle free. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Just returned from another excellent holiday in Hisaronu . Villa M'Adhill was exactly as described and offers great accommodation for 2 families sharing as we were. Karen and Pete were friendly ,welcoming and extremely helpful when during an emergency we had to call at 2:00am The villa is a short 10 minute walk into Hisaronu where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. I can highly recommend Castillo's and Robin Hood restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and hope to return soon.

What can i say, we had the time of out lives. Amazing villa with all the prepositions to be the best holiday place i have ever been. Down stairs the game room, interesting place to spend couple of hours on table tennis or pool. Nice choice of movies and books also i have to mention. The rooms are very nice, a was sleeping in the en-suite and i was feeling like a movie or rock star....
The swimming pool is wonderful for morning and late night swim. Also i have to mention you Karen as a host and all your help during our vacation and your kindness was on a higher level and you were very helpful for everything that we contact you.
From all of our crew in a short sentence i can say that we had a blasting time in villa Madhil, and we thank you for everything.

We have enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Madhil,very comfortable home from home.
Pool great,games room fantastic,loved the outside space,especially the shaded terrace area.
Quiet area,but still within walking distance of Hisaronu.
Would recommend the Day cruise and the Sunset cruise and a trip to the Blue Lagoon is a must!
Favourite restaurants;The Shine for a curry,Castellos,Friar Tucks.
Would recommend the villa and the service from Karen and Pete and we hope to return!

We did enjoy our stay at Villa Madhil apart from a few hiccups which were experienced, the roadworks outside the villa where they were laying new power lines which resulted in the loss of water for a whole day. On a positive note the addition of the games room and barbecue area are a great asset to the villa and our group enjoyed both areas.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the villa and everything that was required was available. Karen was very helpful when our flight company went bankrupt and prompt with a replacement when the DVD player was not working. Only suggestion is that wi-fi be available as our teenage daughter struggled to amuse herself from time to time.
