Privately owned Luxury detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with own private pool. The beautiful villa has 3
An ideal spot to wind down,relax and watch the sunset. The villa is situated in a peaceful location, but close enough to enjoy the many restaurants,bars and shops that ovacik,hisaronu has to offer. The villa is furnished to a very high standard.

The villa also has a cd player,cds which we have left there for our guests to listen to,dvds to watch,and a few games to play such as monopoly,chess,draughts,solitaire etc.

Double sized bedrooms, 1 with kingsize bed,the second with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have large modern fitted wardrobes,each bedroom leads out to a balcony with spectacular views. The upstairs bathroom has a marble spotlighted vanity sink unit with bath/shower and WC. A wide spiral marble staircase leads you downstairs to the hallway leading to kitchen which is modern and fully equipped to include dishwasher,washing machine,large fridge freezer,full sized electric fan assisted oven and hob,fully equipped cupboards and ample marble worktops.

There is a ground floor shower room with sink and WC. The lounge is fully furnished to a high standard with ,DVD player and playstation console. There are double french doors leading from the dining area out to the large verandah which is furnished with a large wicker dining table and 8 chairs which overlooks the large kidney shaped pool which has fully installed underwater halogen lights for a nightime swim,the pool is set in its own walled gardens with own driveway.

We have a pool cleaner and gardener,to make sure that the pool is always clean and safe to use and the garden is always well kept.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Olu Deniz region is steeped in history with many architectural and historic places to visit, such as Kaya village (aka as the ghost village )was once a Greek settlement until the 1920s)The remains of the houses ,churches and schools are fascinating and quite eery,and only a short dolmus ride from the villa.After a long long walk up and down the winding man made roads of the village I would recommend relaxing and having something to eat in one of the few traditional turkish lokantas overlooking the greek village which is lit up at night, The Istanbul restaurant is very traditional and they will even take you back to the villa after eating free of charge.

The Saklikent Gorge is a natural wonder and is a must see attraction unbeleivable to look at and great to wade rhrough the rapids into the Gorge. The Yakapark in Tlos with its natural wateral waterfalls and trout farm is another great place to go,just a few to mention.

There are also,many beautiful beaches in the region including the worlds most photographed! Olu Deniz blue lagoon only a short dolmus ride from the villa, there is also Belcekiz beach with its palm tree lined promenade and abundunce of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Try a day out at many of the hidden pretty little coves with waterslides pretuding from the rocks into the sea,very quaint and charming with many people including locals enjoying a day out with their families having their own bbqs on the beach at weekends.

The Olu Deniz area

A short dolmus/bus ride will take you to one of many nearby beaches,the most popular being the worlds famous blue lagoon only 10mins away. If You are the adventurous type, there are many watersports, and sports to enjoy locally including horseriding, Go Karting, Quad Biking, Deep Sea Diving, Water Rafting & most famous for In Olu deniz, is Paragliding & Microflights, Olu Deniz is world famous for its paragliding and is Wonderful To watch whilst You are lying on the Beach .

There are also many excursions to enjoy i.e: Jeep safari, Dalyan river, Patara beach(pure white sand and not a pebble or stone in sight). There are the Mud baths to enjoy, Saklikent Gorge, Turkish Baths, Kaya Village (Also known as Ghost Village). There are also many different Boat Trips to Enjoy Daily, Starting from as Little as 8pnds PP Including Lunch From Fethiye Harbour or Olu Deniz Beach. You can even charter your own boat for 12 People for as little as 80 pnds in total for full day inc Lunch.

The area has 2 weekly markets selling A wide Variety of Goods. There is a FANTASTIC New Water Park only a 10 Minute stroll From the Villa. A fifteen minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to the Fun Fair.
