Beautiful holiday villa, ideal for groups, families & friends or stag & hen parties. Large villa with several bathrooms and bedrooms. Close to amenities. Water park is 3 minutes walk away. Can relax at the villa or use all the facilities of Orka hotel- turkish bath, pools, slide, park, entertainment, bars etc. 10 minutes to Olu Deniz beach in a taxi or dolmus. Beautiful views of Babadab mountain. Central for Olu Deniz, Fethiye & Hisaronu so the option of 4 places for evening entertainment. All modern facilities with good management company. Gated for security. Car not required. Able to walk to Hisaronu.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise coast is the most beautiful area in Turkey with spectacular scenery, beaches and mountains. There are lots of excursions & sights to see; Saklikant gorge, Lycian tombs, Places of historic interest, Olu-Deniz lagoon, Cleopatras baths, jeep safaris, boat cruises water park etc.. Ideal family holiday with tonnes to do for both children & adults!
The weather is usually extremely sunny with rain seldom in the summer months.

Olu Deniz area

Ovacik is a village 2 kilometres walk to Hisaronu.
Hisaronu is a lively resort with restaurants, bars, karaoke and discos, souvenir and jewellery shops, tour poerators who book excursions etc. Waterpark is 2 mins walk from villa.
Olu Deniz is 10 mins by dolmus or taxi. This beautiful beach and lagoon is considered to be the best beach in Turkey. Parascend from Babadab mountain, take a microlyte or jet ski or pedalo. Relax in the surroundings or in one of the many restaurants.
Fethiye is a short dolmus ride away this is a bustling city; walk along the marina, eat in one of the numerous restaurants cafes, buy your fish and let them cook it in the fishmarket. Haggle in cothing, carpet and lace shops, have apple tea or visit the Lycian tombs or Fethiye museum. Take a boat trip to Gocek, Cleopatra's baths or 12 islands.

How to get there

Dalaman airport is nearest. Transfer time to Ovacik is approx 40 minutes. You can take a taxi , hire a car, or transfers can be organised for you at £55 for 4 people, £65 for 6 people, £75 for 8 people, £85 for 10 people (transfers are paid on day of arrival directly to the reception at Orka hotel, please note these may increase slightly for 2008 we do not govern the price of transfers) If we book your transfers then a transfer person will be outside the airport on your arrival with a board. They will also monitor your flight so that if it is delayed they are aware and can pick you up at your new arrival time.

Complimentary bus service (just need to ring Billy from Billy's beach who will collect you and take you to his beach in Olu Deniz (just asks that you buy any drinks or ice creams from his bar whilst at the beach)

Patio area, beautifully maintained gardens, Furniture and loungers and parasols. Large kidney shaped pool between the 2 villas (shared between these 2 villas) with shallow area for children connnected to the large pool. Grassy and parking areas. Gated for security. Pretty iron work on lower windows. Steps down into pool. Barbecue area

Further details

Changeover day is usually Monday. You must vacate the villa by midday on day of departure. Baggage can be stored in the secure area at Orka hotel until departure. Safety deposit boxes available at Orka, there is also a safe at the villa.
any damage will be chargeable.
The villa is NO SMOKING indoors!

Conditions

In order to secure the villa if booking in advance a deposit of 30% is required this is non refundable upon cancellation. The final instalment is due 8 weeks before departure. should you be booking last minute e.g. within 8 weeks of departure then the whole amount needs to be paid and is non refundable on cancellation for any reason e.g. illness.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Payment direct to owner or Orka property management on booking of villa. If booking villa in advance e.g. before 8 weeks of departure 30% deposit is required to secure villa this is non refundable on cancellation for any reason. The final instalment would be due 8 weeks before departure.

If booking last minute within 8 weeks of departure the whole amount is payable.

Payment can be by cheque or direct bank transfer. Booking confirmation & villa information is then sent out in the post.

We may email special offers out to you. If booking for 2008 before Dec 2007 the same rates above apply as an early booking discount.
