About the home

Primrose apartment is set in Ovacik which is a short walk from Hisaronu, Dolmus ride to Olu Deniz or Fethiye. The apartment is peaceful but close to many eating places & nightlife but also has family amenities. All modern amenities & decor. First floor apartment with balcony, outside seating.

Immaculate newly built apartment with a shared swimming pool, baby pool, loungers. Central for Olu- Deniz, Fethiye & Hisaronu. Option to also use the facilities of Club Orka hotel (pools, bars, water slide, restaurant, entertainment, turkish bath)

Further details indoors:
2 bedrooms one double and a twin (which also has another single bed that can be pulled out but would only advise this with 3 children as it is quite snug when the 3 beds are pulled out), the apartment has a family bathroom which has a shower and toilet & sink and is fully tiled with modern decor. All new facilities. First floor. Dining & lounge combined area, with kitchen & hob. Television with a dvd player.

Further details outdoors:
There is a balcony with patio furniture. Plenty of sun loungers on a paved area at the side of the pool. Well maintained garden area with pretty shrubs. Shared swimming & baby pool. Ideal to use inflatables in the pool. Parking area for cars. Gated. There is a hotel next door who serve food that can be taken around the pool bar snacks and drinks.

Further details

Change over day is Monday but there is some flexibility to this if requested and agreed by us. You must vacate the apartment by midday on the day of departure. Your baggage can be left securely in Orka hotels baggage area. Safety deposit boxes at Orka can be used, there is a safe in the apartment. Club Orka manage our apartment and are there to assist with any of your requirements and carry out all of the maintenance to Primrose property.
Any damage caused to the property will be chargeable.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The turquoise coast is the most beautiful coastal region of Turkey with spectacular scenery, the amazing blue lagoon, lycian tombs, full of culture and history. From May to November the weather is usually hot and can reach 40+degrees, however in ovacik you are up the mountain slightly so have the benefit of a slight breeze.

The Olu Deniz area

Olu Deniz is a spectacular beach and lagoon with the reputation of being the best beach in Turkey. Go for walks, watersports, parascend from Babadab mountain, microlyte, pedalos jet ski etc. Rest & eating facilities. 10 pin bowling, go to the restaurants.
Hisaronu is 2 kilometres away and is a lively resort, full of bars, restaurants, cocktail bars, karaoke, tour operators, souvenir shops, jewellers etc.
Fethiye is a bustling city, walk along the marina, choose fish and have it cooked in the fish market, haggle in the markets, carpet and souvenir and lace shops. Visit the Lycian tombs and museum, go on a jeep safari or boat trip to Gocek, 12 islands etc

The nearest airport is Dalaman. Transfers both ways in total is £75 for up to four people or £85 for up to 6 people. Alternatively you can get a taxi from the airport. Transfer time from Dalaman to Ovacik is approx 45 minutes.
Cars are also available for hire in the airport. We usually recommend www.oscarrentacar.com but car hire is not necessary as the apartment is very accessible to everywhere.
For flights: you can get an overview on www.travelrepublic.co.uk or www.opodo.com. Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Flybe, Easyjet, Air Pegasus are several airlines that fly to Dalaman.

When you have decided you would like to book, we confirm that the apartment is available and send you a booking form by email to you & hold the apartment for 7 days for you so that you can return your form along with a Payment of 30% to secure the booking, you can then book your flights knowing that the apartment is held for you. The deposit is non refundable for any reason. A receipt for the deposit is emailed to you. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. Payment is usually by cheque sent to our address or by direct bank transfer. Upon receiving the final balance a receipt and some information sheets are sent out to you giving you further information about the villa and details Re: keys, safe codes etc.
