About the home

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool and private garden. This peaceful and relaxing area in Ovacik is within easy reach of the beautiful Olu Deniz beach and resort, the traditional harbour town of Fethiye and the
lively town of Hisaronu.

Ground floor: Open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and shower room leading onto the covered terrace overlooking the private pool.

Top floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms and one communal bathroom. 2 balconies.
Ground floor and all bedrooms air conditioned with additional fans for comfort.

Just a few minutes stroll from a local family hotel with bar, restaurant and health facilities for those days when cooking is just too much or when you need to work off a few pounds - you will be made very welcome.

This is a fully fitted villa complete with towels for use in bathrooms, around the pool and to take to the beach. Fishing and snorkelling equipment available for guests to use. DVD player with selection of films incorporating a CD player - many CD's for all tastes provided. Full facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine etc all available for guests. Hot water by solar panel backed up with immersion heater if necessary. Weekly maid cleaning service.

Further details outdoors:
The pool and BBQ area is cleaned daily and lit in the evening on timers - it all happens automatically. The pool area is shielded by shrubs and trees on all sides yet in full sun throughout the day. There are three sun umbrellas and 6 sunbeds, all with cushion covers.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise Coast has beautiful beaches, the nearest is in Olu Deniz, At the far end of the beach you will find the Blue Lagoon set inside a National Park area. Non stop sunny days with blue skies from May to October. Summer temperatures of 30 - 40 c. Close to the marina town of Fethiye with it's Old Town, fishmarket and many other interesting features.

The Olu Deniz / Ovacik Heights area

FETHIYE
Fethiye is a large and lively harbour with a marina and promenade. Every Tuesday is market day - a huge traditional Turkish market great for stocking up on your herbs and spices - a must for locals and tourists with a great mix of exotic spices, teas, fruit, vegetables, designer handbags,leather, jeans and jewellery. Great if you like to haggle. The fish market is great to pick your fresh fish then take it to the surrounding restaurant of your choice to be cooked. (Delicious). The Old Town is full of character with many excellent restaurants and bars.

OVACIK & HISONARU
Hisaronu is a lively town with friendly locals who are dedicated to ensure tourists are satisfied. it has a number of bars, nightclubs and restaurants who cater to all tastes and budgets. The town also offers gift shops, hair cuts, shaves and mini manicures and pedicures which are much cheaper than at home and it is worth treating yourself. Night is particularly lively when holidaymakers from local resorts come and join in the fun. In Hisaronu there are fun and games for the whole family from go-karting to water parks, camel rides to trampolines.

There are many trips and excursions available with a full boat trip around the islands where you can swim in secluded coves and spot turtles and dolphins, all at surprisingly low cost and including lunch. Some of the other trips include:

OLU DENIZ
Olu Deniz is a remarkable beauty spot with a number of water sports available.The famous Blue Lagoon is situated within a nature reserve and is acknowledged as one of the most attractive beach areas in the world. Paragliders land on the promenade at Olu Deniz and it is fascinating to watch them glide down from the Babadag mountain to land in front of your eyes.

Our guests are more than welcome to use the facilities at theCelay Hotel which is only a short walk away from the villa. at the hotel there is a swimming pool, bar, health spa and gym, restaurant, entertainment such as Turkish nights, karaoke and BBQ - you will be made very welcome.There is also a small local shop which has all your essential items you may need or you can go into Hisaronu where there are numerous supermarkets.
