Faraya Court is a unique gem of 5 villas. Newly built with rustic charm and uninterrupted views over the valley of Faralya and out to sea. The villas all surround a courtyard area with an unusual two tiered infinity pool with a waterfall, and landscaped gardens. Villa 4 has been furnished and equipped to high standards. It has an open plan design, featuring high wooden beamed ceilings, and 4 balconies overlooking the sea. The property has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), and two bathrooms (one ensuite).

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise coast is on the south west coast of Turkey. It is a region of outstanding natural beauty, being very green and mountainous. The Faralya Court is set above the village of Faralya, 1000ft above sea level, the cooling breezes making it more comfortable in the hot summer temperatures. The nearest resort is OluDeniz is a 15 minute drive along the dramatic coastal road, following the legendary Lycian Way. Fethiye is only 40 minutes drive. This is a busy market town set on a beautiful natural harbour. A great place to people watch. The dolmus (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around. They run 3 times a day between Faralya, OluDeniz, Hisaronu and Fethiye. They can be caught from the local stop, 5 minutes walk away. Although not essential, car hire is recommended in order to explore this truely stunning area of Turkey.
Olu Deniz / Faralya area
OluDeniz has the most famous and most photographed beach in Turkey, but, leave this busy tourist resort and follow the coast around by just another 15 minutes and you will arrive at the stunning, unspoilt, coastal village of Faralya. The Faralya Court has a real 'wow' factor. Its location will not fail to impress. Although a real getaway from it all location, it benenfits from being just a 15 minute drive from the popular cosmopolitan resort of OluDeniz with all its restaurants and bars. This area of Turkey has many places of interest. Day trips can be booked from OluDeniz, or if you have your own car, can be explored for yourself. Day trips include; Gullet cruises off OluDeniz, Dalyan mud baths, Pamulkale and Ephesus, Saklikent and Tlos, Turkish baths, Jeep safari, Paragliding, Microlites, Water activities, ie diving
Faralya is located on one of the top 5 in the world walks.....the Lycian Way
Nearby there are two excellent restaurants. The Olive Garden overlooking Kabak Bay, excellent food with real rustic charm. The Water Mill, a nearby hotel offering a 7 course menu every evening.
How to get there
The nearest airport to Faralya Court is Dalaman. Distance from airport ; approx. 70km (1 hr 20 minutes drive) Popular websites for flights include www.flythomascook.co.uk www.firstchoice.co.uk www.charterflights.co.uk www.a1travel.co.uk www.kthy.net Flights are now available year round to Dalaman.
Although car hire is not essential, to make the most of your stay and to experience the delights around Faralya and the OluDeniz/Fethiye area, car hire would be beneficial. Car hire can be pre-booked by ourselves for approx £120 per week (exact prices can be given on request)
Further details indoors: Arriving at Faralya Court, you enter to court yard area though the Ottoman gated entrance. Villa 4 has a commanding position on the right side of the courtyard. The main door enters directly into the large open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen (with balcony off), equipped for all your cooking needs. The living/dining area also has a balcony with stunning sea views. To make the most of the views the living area is located on the first floor, and the bedrooms below. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, and another shower room with wc. We have furnished and equipped the villa to very high standards that will not go unmissed, to provide our guests with a home from home feel.
Further details outdoors: Our villa has a private terrace area and the attractive grounds provide several nooks and crannies to relax in with a good book or a bottle of wine (or both). The location has an air of solitude and peacefulness for the discerning holidaymaker looking for an escape from it all holiday. The pool is two tiered with a waterfall between. Its infinity design looks out to sea. Paradise found !!!

The swimming pool is available from 1st May to 31st October.
A wood burning stove installed in the living area is used to heat the villa during the winter months. (a small charge will be made for fuel, £10 per week)
