About the home
Agenor Apartment is a brand new 3 bedroomed apartment situated in a quiet area of Hisaronu but located within a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hisaronu where you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars. You can also catch the dolmus from Hisaronu to whisk you down to the beach!
The apartment is a first floor duplex apartment which has been equipped with a combination of stylish and modern deluxe furnishings to provide everything you could wish for in an apartment. The apartment is on a small complex of only 4 apartments so there is no need to rush for a sunbed!
There is a Marble staircase leading to the apartment which is located on the 1st floor, once you open the door you will instantly feel at home and all you need to do is unpack and start your holiday.
On the first floor you have a dining area with dining table and 6 chairs plus a book case with a selection of books. A lounge area with large television (for DVDs only and a selection of DVDs), and an IPOD docking station.
The kitchen leads off from the lounge area and patio doors lead on to a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool area and garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. The balcony is an ideal place to sit and dine al fresco, overlooking the pool and garden or the mountains and the stunning sunsets - a great place to end the day before the evening begins!
The first floor also has a fully equipped twin bedded room with a seperate balcony with bean bags - an ideal place to sit and chill.
Take the marble stairs to the second floor and you have two double bedded rooms and two shower rooms. One is the master bedroom and this has an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle and a private balcony also with bean bags.
All in all this apartment defiantely has the WOW factor

All linen and towels are provided in the apartment, pool towels are also available for your use.
For a 2 week stay you will have a bed linen and towel change mid way but not a full clean. A Full clean is available at an extra cost - please enquire when booking

These can be booked prior to arrival or whilst in Turkey and you will receive discount on all trips. Conditions
On receipt of enquiry you will be forwarded a booking form, a non refundabledeposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking.
However we are currently offering the option of a low deposit of 12,.5% to secure the booking with the remainder of the deposit due on or before 01.01.2013
Full payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival the full payment will be payable.
A refundable security deposit cheque is also required with the final balance. This payment will be refunded within one week subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
On receipt of the final payment you will be sent a pre-visit document which will provide you with more information regarding the airport, apartment etc.
Arrival days are flexible depending on flights and bookings are taken for 10 days etc - please just ask.
Check in is at 3pm and departure is by 10.30am however if the apartment is not booked on that day you will be allowed access. If the apartment is booked on your departure day we will try to accomodate you until your pick up time.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This stretch of the Turkish coastline is also known as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast. The area around Fethiye is one of Turkeys most beautiful, offering a perfect mix of beach resorts, mountain scenery and small rural villages and lots of historical sights.
The Turquoise coast is located on the south west coast of Turkey . It was known as Lycia in ancient times. It is a region of breath-taking beauty. The region, bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, has something to offer everyone, from sunbathing and swimming to a variety of sporting activities for the more energentic.
Saklikent is 50 km away from Fethiye and is a natural gorge, 18km long and reaches 600m in places. It is a unique place to visit, where the ice cold water comes down from the mountains, with mountaineering, trekking, rafting and swimming possible.
Yakapark is near Saklikent where you can sample the local trout in tranquil surroundings. The restaurant area is shaded by ancient trees with small rivers and springs cooling the air around you.
The Dalaman River begins in the Kocas Mountain and is 229 km long, alongside the river are the famous mud baths where you can cover yourselves with mud and let it dry in the sun. Further up the river you can go rafting and where the river meets the sea is Turtle beach, which is a protected area for the nesting turtles.
If you wish to go further afield you can visit Pamukkale & Ephesus - reputed to be the eighth wonder of the world although this is a 2 day trip it is unmissable and well worth the journey.
There is plenty to do for people of all ages and because of the fantastic climate, warm sea temperatures and friendly people you will wish to return again and again
The Olu Deniz area
Olu Deniz and the famous lagoon - probably the most photographed beach in Turkey - is a conservation area, where you will find translucent turquoise waters and attractive beaches. Its scenery is such, that no matter how many times you look, you will gasp with awe the whole area has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The rest of Olu Deniz beach is a vast expanse of sand, shingle and pebbles. Watersports are available along Olu Deniz beach but are not permitted in the lagoon area itself.
This is an excellent location for couples and families alike and for those who wish to enjoy a sun and beach setting Olu deniz is a ideal holiday destination for families, couples, yachters, paragliders and adventure sport lovers of all ages.
The 3 km long beach (Belcekiz Beach) of Olu deniz has been rated as ”one of the best beaches of the world” by several travel magazines, UK and European newspapers and travel websites. To the end of the beach – Blue Lagoon with its golden sand and almost still water is perfect for small children and water sport lovers – be it wake boarding, water skiing, ringos, bananas, parasailing, canoeing and sea kayaking.
If and when you get bored from sun & sea – there are countless choices to fill your day. The nearby resorts of Hisaronu & Ovacik boast numerous restaurants & cafes & bars. Aquaparks, gokarts, horse riding.
For the more adventurous Oludeniz has lot to offer for active holiday makers. There are numerous organized daily sightseeing tours offered at the resort.
- Paragliding from Mount Babadag(1960m), the mountain above Oludeniz has become one of the world's great paragliding centres - you can do a course and go solo, or take a tandem flight, landing on the beach
- Diving at crystal clear waters of Olu deniz & Fethiye, taking a Padi dive course and learn to dive
- Rafting at Dalaman River
- The Lycian Way (one of the best ten walks of the world) starts from the hills of Olu deniz
Olu deniz has an unique style when it comes to night life! Most of the bars are along the promenade so they are overlooking the beach. There are a large selection of restuarant offering international cuisine.
The boat trips from Olü Deniz are great fun with breath taking views, freezing fresh water springs and a tasty lunch they are a very reasonable and full day out at around £10 per person.
The Aquapark at Çalis and Ovacik is a great day out for kids of all ages! There is a shallow walk in kids pool with two small slides, a mini park with swings, a large swimming pool and of course the big slides, eight in total with their own plunge pool. There are private changing rooms a bar and snack bar. In Hisaronu there is a small fun fair with a Ferris wheel, and just opened this year is a Go Kart racing track.
There is always something to do or somewhere to go. You can visit the local markets and experience haggling, Or take a Dolmus down to the busy, but picturesque harbour town of Fethiye by day or at night why not dine in the fish market, sampling the freshly caught fish. You choose the fish and any of the nearby restaurants cook it for you!
Alternatively why not take a trip to Dalyan experience the mud baths where you can cake yourself or a friend in mud then dry out in the sun to get the full (alleged) anti ageing effect the mud provides! Dont forget the photos!Then on to Turtle beach a huge beautiful sandy beach an exhilarating day out for all.
Watch a stunning sunset over Olu Deniz turn the whole sky orange, whilst sipping a cocktail or two!
There is something for everyone - of all ages - and once you have been you will want to return time after time

Agenor 4 is in a block of four apartments, 1 and 2 (2-bedroomed) are located on the ground floor, 3 and 4 (3-bedroomed) on floors 1 and 2. The only reason I wouldn't particularly recommend this property to people with disabilities or families with very young children is the staircase leading up to Agenor 4 itself, however, I am including a photo of said steps for individuals to decide for themselves. Agenor 4 is a lovely apartment, exactly as described in the official photos, and very comfortable and clean. The balcony leading off the kitchen area is a little small to accommodate six people dining, but once everyone is seated, two people can easily access the kitchen to serve. The three bedrooms are beautifully presented and are serviced by three bathrooms, one ensuite, all with large walk-in showers. A lot of effort has gone into the decor of this property, and you really do feel like you are "home from home". Karen and Pete, the local property management team, are easily contacted if there is a problem and are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is maintained every day by great staff; when we first arrived, there didn't appear to be enough sunbeds for the families in residence - this was rectified immediately. The pool has direct sunshine from 8am until sunset and, depending on the families occupying the apartments, is lovely and peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The property is in a mixed residential/rental area, but there is a great feeling of space, and anybody who has travelled to Turkey before will know you quickly get used to the noise of local goats, geese, hens and the call to prayer from the local mosque! It is a five minute walk to the town and the local Migros and Azda supermarkets are conveniently situated right on the edge of this area, so you won't be too tired if you have to lug bottles of water and shopping back! The owners of Agenor 4 have kindly left Migros and Azda cards (located in the kitchen drawer) so that guests can take advantage of the discounts. One big tip - if 'phoning home, you will probably use the bank of telephones in the town, and will purchase 'phone cards from the exchange shop next to them. The first time I purchased a card, I was charged 10 Turkish Lira, but noticed there was only 4TL on the card when inserted into the 'phone! I complained (nicely) about this and, thereafter, was charged 5TL for each card!! This is our 16th year visiting Turkey, and third time in the Hisaranu/Olu Deniz region. Hisaranu is lively and offers a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants to cater for every taste. Olu Deniz is gorgeous and has a clean beach and the lagoon area. There is plenty to visit (the ghost town of Kakayoy, Sakliken Gorge, Dalaman and Fethiye) and lots of activities including paragliding, horse riding, scuba diving, jeep safari and boat tours. Fethiye has a huge market on a Tuesday, and the Fish Market there is surrounded by lots of little restaurants which cook and serve your chosen fish - delicious! We will definitely be revisiting Hisaranu, and would have no hesitation in renting Agenor 4 again - I only wish we owned it :) Response: Thank you for your comments regarding the apartment, it was lovely meeting you and I am really glad you enjoyed your holiday, with regard to the staircase we are currently investigating getting a hand rail fitted in order to make it easier and safer to access the apartments.
