The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
We are approx. 45 mins drive from Valencia airport and 1h 10 mins from Alicante airport. Villa Del Arte is ideally situated for either those who want to explore the beautiful Valencian region or for those who simply want to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings in peace.
Oliva area
Oliva is a bustling little town situated between Gandia and Denia. The area offers a wide variety of things to do and places to visit. Explore the back streets of the old town, with its tiny winding streets, with bars, and the church. The history is phenomenal, and you can explore the Roman and Morrish past and learn about its rich through the museums, churches and monuments which abound in the old Christian and Arab quarters. The archaeological museum, a 16th century former manorial home of historic and architectural interest in itself, houses exhibits from prehistory to the 16th century charting the region's domination by the Iberians, Romans and Moors. Things to do and see:
Valencia city. - Valencia is only an hour's drive north with its excellent shops, restaurants, beautiful palm-fringed squares and stylish architecture. The Principe Felipe Arts and Science Centre has become one of Spain's most visited attractions since it opened in December 2001 - with its emphasis on inter-active exhibits, this makes a great day out for children and adults alike. A train service runs from Gandia to the city centre.
For golfing enthusiasts there is the famous Oliva Nova Golf Course. The course was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is reasonably priced and boasts an excellent clubhouse with restaurant. Nearby La Sella (Denia) & Javea golf courses offer excellent driving ranges and facilities. South of Valencia (45 minute drive) is the El Sela course which hosted the Spanish Open in April 2003.
Vergel Safari Park is about 15 minutes drive, twoards Denia.
Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks 45 mins drive to Benidorm.
Oliva Beaches
The beaches are amongst the best on the Costa Blanca, stretching for around 10 kms. with clean golden sands, they are never too crowded, and at certain times of the summer, offer street markets and craft markets of an evening.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
On some occasions (out of very high season) the main villa can be rented on its own at a reduced rate.
A security/damage deposit will be required on top of the rental fee. The security deposit will be £50 per person. This will be refunded once the property has been left in a good clean condition with no damages. Damages, extra cleaning etc. will be deducted from the security deposit approx. one week after departure.
Extra beds can be provided if the party exceeds 22 persons. These will be charged for per night according to season
