Casa Olmeda was origially two terraced town houses. Some 15 years ago it was completely reformed and two flats created.both apartments share main entrance hall, but are self contained,each has private entry phone. Casa Olmeda is situated in the delightful historic old town of Oliva. Local shops are within a 5 minute walk.A short walk takes you to the old castle of Oliva which sits high on the hill and has stunning 360o views.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
Oliva situated on the lesser known Costa Azahar(orange blossom coast).there are two 18-hole and two 9-hole golf courses within 10 minute drive.water sports,tennis,indoor & outdoor pools,cycle hire,horse-riding,go carting and quad-biking are all available in the Oliva area. Benidorm with its many attractions is about 40minutes away,aqualandia(water park),Mundomar(marine &exotic animal park), Terra Mitica(with its many rides). El Verger Safari park(20 minutes away),Caves & Castles to explore, Valencia race track only 1 hour away for all you superbike enthusiasts.

Oliva has three parts : The old town which is mainly residential and dates back to the 15th century and is very picturesque with narrow winding streets leading up towards an old castle perched on a hilltop.The new town more modern,with its shopping area,supermarkets and covered market for fresh produce:fish,fruit,vegetables etc; The third part a lovely beach that runs for miles with free parking and foot showers.
How to get there
Oliva is about halfway between Valencia & Alicante(75km from Valencia airport & 100km from Alicante airport). A deposit of £50 is required per week to confirm booking,full payment to be payed 6wks before arrival,amount to be paid in full if booking made 8 weeks or less a deposit of E50 will be required upon arrival but returned to to you upon your departure,this is held for loss,damage,accidents etc. For the secure parking in the garage an additional cost of E2 per day per vehicle.
