About the home

Rustic detached casita in secluded spot off a private road on the outskirts of Oliva, amongst the orange groves 2 kms from beautiful beaches . Walking distance from the old village and town.

Oliva is a traditional Spanish town , not on the main tourist trail, offering a slice of Spanish life without mass tourism. There are shops and banks in the town along with a selection of bars and restaurants. There is a weekly market along the paseo.

The beach area is typically Spanish, busting with restaurants in the evenings along the beach front. A favourite with the Spanish from the cities. There are many beautiful beaches, backing onto sand dunes accessible by car. These beaches have fantastic beach bars which create a wonderful atmosphere ideal for all ages.

Valencia is within easy reach and is well worth visiting for culture and again beautiful port area and beaches.
There is also a world renowned golf course for golf lovers. All in all a fantastic place to holiday.

Interior is in a rustic style with high beamed ceilings. and handmade local terracota tiled floor.

The casita is approached via a winding pathway off a private road. Parking is not directly outside the casita but a few minutes walk up the pathway.iOutside there is a covered terrace with grapevine for alfresco dining and barbequeing overlooking the private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with patios ideal for relaxing. There are views from the pool areas overlooking the town, mountains and the sea beyond all very private and secluded for your privacy. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a secluded location in a traditional spanish casita with a private pool then casita blanca is ideal for you.
