This is a luxury 2 bedroom single story villa situated on Oliva Nova Golf on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, between the towns of Denia and Oliva. After a long day at the beautiful blue flag beach relax around the large communal pool while the children enjoy hours of fun splasing around in their own shallow section. The lounge leads out into the private garden which had tables and chairs ideal for that evening BBQ and al fresco dining. The resort is surrounded by orange groves cascading down from panoramic mountain views.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
The resort has a mountain back drop whilst being located on a fabulous white sandy beach.The urbanization's superb location is right on the beachfront of the Mediterranean Sea, between the towns of Denia and Oliva. The Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18-hole course was designed by the Spanish Golfing legend Severiano Ballesteros and is widely considered his best design to date. As well as the health spa the resort also has tennis courts.
There is easy access to the nearby resorts of Moraira and Javea. The coast enjoys over 320 days of sunshine per annum with temperature generally no lower that 16 degrees during winter months.
Oliva Nova / Beach and Golf Resort area
The town of Oliva is typically Spanish that is steeped in history. It is also well placed for Valencia. Festivals are a feature in both Oliva and Denia where you will also find weekly markets with local produce on offer. Local markets are in Olivia every Friday, Gandia every Thursday and Saturday, and Denia on Mondays and Fridays.
The local beach has been awarded blue flag status and is a major feature of the resort. Within the immediate vicinity there are opportunities for go-karting, horse riding and watersports, cycle hire etc.
How to get there
The house is easily accessible from either Valencia ( 50 miles) Or Alicante (55 miles). Both airports are served by all the low cost airlines as well as the usual carriers. The owner can assist if required will flight information and car hire advice.

The property has fantastic mountain views and with the fairways of the golf course merely yards away it provides an excellent peaceful retreat. There is a car parking space for the property directly at the side for convenience. The Oliva Nova Golf and beach resort benefits from excellent golfing sport facilities (Seve Ballesteros designed course), golf school, driving range, tennis courts, a full health spa and many other sports available. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, launderette and hairdressers on the complex. Oliva is a typical Spanish town with many shops, bars and restaurants. Denia is a 15 minute drive. A cosmopolitan town and port. Here you can take the ferry to the Balearic Islands (approx 2 hours). Benidorm and its water parks and other entertainments are 35 minutes drive. THERE ARE NO GAS APPLIANCES IN THIS PROPERTY
Further details outdoors: There is a large communal pool with a small section for the young ones. The 5***** hotel located 500m away has a health spa, indoor gymnasium and swimming pool with other health a beauty treatments available (small charge).
The resort is very well maintained with tree lined avenues.There are tennis courts , golf school, driving range etc. Bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank and hairdressers are all located at the commercial centre on site as well as a bakery.
