Buganvilla Golf is the most recent addition to the accommodation at the 5* Oliva Nova Golf and Beach resort. Constructed by the resort's parent company, CHG, and completed in June 2006, this exclusive development nestles between acres of orange groves and mountains, and overlooks the thirteenth fairway of the championship Golf Course.
The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the long, generally quiet, sandy beach, which stretches South to Denia and North to Oliva, an area which boasts a healthy 300+ days of sunshine per year.

Our apartment is one of 13 and is located on the first floor of Buganvilla Golf, immediately above the underground car park (with reserved space). It boasts two extremely large patios, providing privacy for sun-bathers and ample space and furniture for outdoor dining.
The apartment is situated within secure, automatic gates, making the development an ideal, safe environment for families with young children.
The Oliva Nova complex also offers a 24/7 security service and patrol.

The resort has a mountain back drop whilst being located on a fabulous white sandy beach.The urbanizations superb location is right on the beach front of the Mediterranean Sea, between the towns of Denia and Oliva.
The Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18-hole course was designed by the Spanish Golfing legend Severiano Ballesteros.

There is easy access to the nearby resorts of Denia, Moraira and Javea. The coast enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per annum with temperature generally no lower that 16 degrees during winter months.
The Oliva Nova / Beach and Golf Resort area
This is an all-year round resort with plenty to do whether you play golf or not. Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm and smaller historic coastal and in-land towns provide an abundance of sights and activities - or you can just relax at the pool or beach!
Historic Valencia is Spain’s third largest city and is about one hour’s drive from the resort. It has many excellent attractions ranging from historic to ultra modern visitor sites(The buildings that make up the City of Arts & Culture, are stunning!). In 2007 Valencia hosted the America’s Cup which is likely to return, and the city has secured the staging of the European Grand Prix for the next six years, on the impressive street circuit, constructed in the City's port area.
Less than 40 mins drive and situated on the outskirts of Benidorm, Terra Mitica is Spain’s largest theme park and, with its rides, shows, restaurants and shops, it is a great day out. Its latest attraction is the Tizona – an inverted roller coaster that reaches speeds of 62mph (100kmh) and heights of more than 100ft (31m) with visitors suspended beneath the track.
For those interested in hill walking there are many interesting and very scenic, well-marked trails within the sierra mountains within a short drive from the hotel
A popular kite surfing school is only 500 mtrs from the hotel beach (visit www.kitesurfoliva.com for details)

The Oliva Nova resort is easily accessible by road in under an hour from Valencia and Alicante airports, both of which are serviced by scheduled, budget and charter airlines (www.skyscanner.net)
Valencia airport has a direct train link to Gandia, which is 10km from the resort.
A hire car from the airport is recommended (via www.carjet.com), however taxi transfers can be arranged.
