On entering the property you are in a large lounge dining area with log burning fire. There is a hallway to the rear of the house with doors leading to two double bedrooms, one with twin single beds and en suite shower room, the other with double bed.
Further down the hallway is a large kitchen area and a further bathroom. Stairs lead to the third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large roof top terrace.

There is a roof top terrace for sunbathing and Al Fresco dining. BBQ facilities and off road parking on the terrace at the front of the house.
The beach is literally no more than 100 meters at the end of the street.

The Valenciana region
The symbols of the standard of the Valencian Community, the Mediterranean and citrus fruits, are united in Oliva, where nature has provided other attractions besides. Beaches of fine golden sand, surrounded by naturally formed sand dunes that separate orange groves from the sea, are found close to a municipality in which the streets preserve vestiges of its history and examples of its customs. The docile nature of the climate grants the virtue of being a haven for tourists. .
The resort has a mountain back drop whilst being located on a fabulous white sandy beach.The areas superb location is right on the beach-front of the Mediterranean Sea, between the towns of Denia and Oliva. The Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18-hole course was designed by the Spanish Golfing legend Severiano Ballesteros and is widely considered his best design to date. As well as the health spa the resort also has tennis courts.
There is easy access to the nearby resorts of Moraira and Javea. The coast enjoys over 320 days of sunshine per annum with temperature generally no lower that 16 degrees during winter months.
LES DEVESES BEACH:
The beach is located Deveses at the end of the urbanization of San Fernando to the mouth Molinell Riu.
The beach is south of Oliva, and borders with Denia. It is ideal for sailing enthusiasts thanks to the "Garbi" wind coming from the fresh Montgó air, even in the warmest months of the year.
Many fantastic restaurants, beach bars, and lush night life area in La Marina, outdoor terraces for sitting down relaxing while listening to chill out music, there are also beach bar clubs that go in to all hours of the night and day, for those that like the night-life.
The town of Oliva is typically Spanish that is steeped in history. It is also well placed for Valencia. Festivals are a feature in both Oliva and Denia where you will also find weekly markets with local produce on offer. Local markets are in Olivia every Friday, Gandia every Thursday and Saturday, and Denia on Mondays and Fridays.
The local beach has been awarded blue flag status and is a major feature of the resort. Within the immediate vicinity there are opportunities for go-karting, horse riding and watersports, cycle hire etc.

"Logement impropre à la location, de gros travaux à réaliser !"
Il n'est pas dit dans le descriptif que la cuisine ne comporte ni réel plafond ni toiture digne de ce nom ! Et celà n'est bien entendu pas visible sur les photos de l'annonce. En lieu… More
thank you for your comments. This house has been rented out most of the summer and all guests said they would return next year. This property is an old house and has many original features and due to the location of the house, the roof has to have a clear section to allow light to enter as there is no possible way of having a window installed. The house was refurbished two years ago and all new furniture installed.
When I arrived to collect the keys and to hear your comments, I did not know what to say. If you had contacted me earlier then I would have come to the house to see what could be done with the issues you have commented on now. Apart from you saying there was a smell in the bathroom at the rear, and the fact that the house does not have shutters, which can be seen in the photos, then I was not aware of any other issues.
I did not have any missed calls or messages from you to tell me you had issues and I was astounded when you said you had left the house after two days. I only wish you had contacted me. I have my mobile phone with me at all times. It has been extremely hot here in spain for this time of the year though no other clients said anything about it being too hot in the house for them.
