A new luxury apartment situated on Oliva Nova Golf and beach resort, which offers a perfect all-round holiday. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery with orange groves on a stretch of unspoilt coast with access to a sandy beach and protected dunes.
The 18 hole championship golf course also has a 5 hole par 3 course, practice greens, and driving range. It occupies 50 hectares of land adjoining the coast and has fantastic views from every position on the course. Almost “links” by nature of its location, the par 72 course measures 6,270 metres in length from the back markers. It has been voted as Seve’s best design and water enters into play on 15 out of the 18 holes. As it has short, medium and long holes as well as right and left hand dog leg fairways, it is a true but fair test for all golfers.

Oliva Nova Golf Beach & Golf resort is a 18-hole Severiano Ballesteros designed course, located on the beach between the towns of Oliva and Denia on the Costa Blanca coastline. Further details outdoors: The apartment benefits from overlooking the 12th green and 13th fairway of the Golf Course. Additionally the impressive Oliva Nova Golf Clubhouse balcony is famous for its magnificent views of the course, great food and the wonderful warm reception they give to visiting golfers.
Conditions
This is a first floor apartment and therefore in our opinion, is not suitable for wheelchair access. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment but is allowed on the terrace area.
