This marvelous Villa, set in very extensive and well tended gardens, featuring a large pool, lovely BBQ/outdoor dining area, sun-terraces and private parking. The house is orientated north/south to capture the sun from dawn to dusk. It provides a high standard of comfort in any season, with air-conditioning in summer; heating.
The location is tranquil, local resorts offer a great variety of restaurants, cafés and bars.

The Kitchen has the following facilities: Cooker, hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. 1 bathroom with bath, wc, 1 bathroom with wc and bidet, Living room with TV and dining room with capacity for 8 people.

The villa is within walking distance of local supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.There are many first class golf courses in the surrounding area. The nearest golf course, Balaia & Pine Cliffs, is only 5 minutes away.
The beautiful beaches of Albufeira have an abundance of water sports to suit all tastes. The local beaches are only 5 minutes away and there are plenty of other sandy beaches to discover. There are waterslide parks within easy reach by car.
There is a choice of local restaurants within minutes walk from the villa, which offer a great selection of traditional cuisine at reasonable prices.
The town of Albufeira is only 5 minutes away and boasts many European restaurants, fantastic bars and great nightlife. The town of Albufeira was once a fishing village but has now blossomed into a thriving centre for tourism. Locals are very friendly and most have a good grasp of english.
