Superior 1 bedroom ground floor apartment, with Wi Fi, sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), situated within a new luxury private condominium. The apartment is set in a peaceful location, yet only a 5 minute walk into Olhos d'Agua, offering shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The condominium provides a large swimming pool, children's pool and tennis courts set in landscaped gardens.

The apartment comprises of:

Bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and patio door leading to the private terrace and garden.

The beautifully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen consisting of oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. All utensils, crockery etc are included.

The lounge/dining room has a large sofa, TV, Wi Fi, and DVD player, and a dining table with 4 chairs. This area is also air conditioned, and has patio doors leading to the private terrace and garden.

It is the perfect location for some of the finest golf courses in Europe.

The kitchen, bedroom and living room each have doors leading to the private terrace and private garden with a patio table and 4 chairs provided. The condominium provides a large swimming pool, children's pool and tennis courts set in landscaped gardens.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joy (the owner) a message.

If Joy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
