The studio apartment is located in the centre of a 24 hour active Tel Aviv -night life and day activites (although in a very beautiful quiet street ) the beautiful sandy beach-perfect for swimming in summer and winter (temp of the water 20C in winter -30C in summer). In summer time there are FREE entertainments on the beach - music and dancing in the evenings , yoga groups in the morning ,and outdoor cinema ,and more.

The winter is known for its warm days, sun is shining most of the days (while the rest of the world is deep in snow), few rainy days and only in the short winter. Along the beach is a lovely and long walking board -getting on foot to old Jaffa to the south and the old Tel Aviv port which is tranformed into and amusment area with restaurants and bars. Not too far to the south ,whithin walking distance, is the market and beside it weekly artists fair.

The Tel Aviv region

The location of the studio apartment is at a comfortable distance for walking to the beach for swimming in the warm sea water. Even at winter time the water is warm enough to swim. At the beach are beautiful parks and a long walkingboard that takes you to old Jaffa to the south and the old port of Tel-Aviv , which is converted now to the centre of night life and lots of restaurants during the day-over looking the sea.

The location is between two parallel main avenues which are the main shopping areas - Dizengov st. and Iben Gabirol st.

Old Yafo Tel Aviv area

For night life- lots of pubs around. With in walking distance to a complex that includes the famous opera house and theaters, where some of the performanses can be listen to in english and special devices for the hard of hearing are available.close to this complex is the Tel Aviv museum. Disengof street with all the fancy shops and coffee houses is near by. On the way to the beach, Gordon st., which on the way to the beach, is the street of the important art galleries.
