A cosy one-bedroom flat on the second floor of a stone tenement. Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile.
A great central location to explore this World Heritage City within easy walking distance of many of the best attractions the city has to offer.
There are plenty of restaurants/pubs/bars within easy walking distance and many of the attractions of Edinburgh can be easily reached by foot.
The open topped buses run along the Royal Mile and you can hop on and off along the route. This is a great way to see the sights and get a feel for Edinburgh.
The flat has one bedroom with a double bed and shower room with has a toilet and wash basin.
Two seater sofa, a dining table which seats two. A 32 inch flat screen TV, with DVD and Freeview digital TV. CD Player and Radio.
Double bed, wrought iron bedstead.
Single mirrored wardrobe.
All bed linen, and towels are supplied. The property is not serviced during longer lets, however clean linen is provided.

We greet guests in person on arrival, to hand over keys.
Ideally situated in the centre of historic Edinburgh Old Town. Very close by are Canongate Kirk, John Knox House, Holyrood Palace, Museum of Edinburgh, Scottish Parliament, and Arthur's Seat. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.Holyrood Palace is less than 400 meters from the apartment.
Edinburgh Castle is 1500 meters from the apartment.
Princes Street is 1200 meters from the apartment.
Edinburgh is serviced by a thriving international airport which has good bus and taxi links into the town centre. For those arriving by rail, the main Waverly Railway Station is less than a mile from the apartment
City centre -ideal for vacation, short breaks or business stays. Longer term bookings also accepted over the Edinburgh Festival period.
The main Waverley rail station and bus station are also nearby, within 15 minutes walk, from where other areas of Scotland may be easily explored. Also close by are the main shopping area of Princes Street, the lively area of the Grassmarket and several museums. There is no shortage of eating places. There are also several local shops where you can find your daily provisions.
There is free parking in metered bays close to the apartment from 18.30 each night until 08.00 in the morning and from 18.30 on Saturday night through to 08.00 Monday morning. During the day you can pay to park in these bays (free Sunday) or use the underground car park nearby underneath Dynamic Earth. There's is also parking nearby in Holyrood Palace car park at £1.00 per hour and it's FREE at weekends

Great location, lovely apartment,good price and welcoming owner.Not much more anyone can say.Much better value than a hotel, welcome tray of goodies. A great place to stay.
