Situated within the heart of Edinburgh's historical Old Town this is a bright, spacious and airy third floor flat with lovely views to Lady Stair's Court and beyond to the Firth of Forth in the distance. Lawnmarket is located at the top of the Royal Mile and with this excellent location easy access can be gained to Edinburgh Castle (which is less than a minute's walk away), St. Giles and Holyrood Palace. Free secure CAR PARKING can be arranged, approximately 1 mile away. EH1 is also beside a few of Edinburgh's most famous pubs - Deacon Brodies, Jolly Judge and Hotel Missoni. The Elephant café - where JK Rowling started her first Harry Potter book – is only 2 minutes walk away and serves great coffee. There are excellent shops in the High Street, Princes Street and The Bridges along with a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

The apartment has two well-proportioned double bedrooms , one with Jacobean king size 4 poster bed, the other can be either twin or a super king sized bed. All rooms has solid mahogany hard carved furniture. The lounge has a chesterfield sofa with can become a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. All rooms have built in window seats for guests to enjoy the view onto the medieval courtyard. The windows are of traditional astragalled sash and cord style and the accommodation comprises a welcoming entrance hall, a large lounge with fitted kitchen area, and a well-fitted shower-room with an instant shower in a tiled shower compartment. 47" LED Smart TV. Roth Alfie music system. Please note there is no parking at the apartment.

Nearby you will find Edinburgh University and Edinburgh Art College along with art galleries, libraries and the Royal Museum of Scotland. This will be of interest to those who wish to enjoy all that the city has to offer from its central location.

On your doorstep there are numerous bars and restaurants including Deacon Brodies Tavern, Jolly Judge, Witchery by the Castle, Angels with Bagpipes.
