The East Anglia region

Old Hunstanton is small village with a very pleasant climate and a beach facing West so that the sunsets into the sea and a pub to sit and watch from! a quieter place than Hunstanton proper (affectionately called Sunny Hunny), which is a 30 minute walk away, by beach or cliff (buses and a little road train also run along the cliffs between them), and offers all the fun of a small traditional beach town (exellent Fish and Chips, funfare, arcades, swimming pool, Sea Life center). it is an excellent stepping off point to explore the Wild and beautiful North Norfolk Coast, Where Nelson learnt to sail amongst the creeks and sand banks. The beach has a huge tidal range.
