A quaint Victorian inn of impressive size,

A weekend investment that'll feel like winning a prize.

Located very central in a conservation area,

In Wales, quite safe, no chance of malaria!

A big open space for parking you cars,

Just walk on in and out to the bars.

A good seven bathrooms and loads of beds,

For family and friends to lay down their heads.

It's not meant to be posh or for those fond of antiquity,

But more for those with kids, drink wine and act out of stupidity.

Easy access rooms for granny must be seen,

Or a heavenly dormitory for the young and the teens.

3D TVs, surround sound and a massive projector,

You'll feel as important as a movie director.

For those who can there is a fine pool table,

so take on your mates if you think you are able.

With full Sky package including Movies and Sports,

Perfect for relaxing in a onesie or shorts.

There are plenty of castles,

So leave behind your hassles.

Head to the beaches,

Or "Jackies" for Pizzas.

After a full day of fun at any number of places,

There will be buckets of smiles on everyone's faces.

Bring your iPod or iPhone to play your own tunes,

For a party full on, just bring your own balloons.

We are more than pet-friendly with easy care flooring,

With the homely wood stove, the fire will be roaring.

When it comes to bath time you'll find a Jacuzzi,

Pour some champagne or something more boozy!

Castles by the dozen, Mountains everywhere you look, Beaches ten a penny, Pubs, Restaurants we have the lot! Loads of things to do from a walk on the beach or in the glorious Snowdonia national park to amusement parks, zip lining or indeed a new national watersports centre! For a fully updated list of goings on check the tourist board site.

There really is something for everyone. The only problem is being organised enough to take advantage of it all.

Old Colwyn

Old Colwyn is a medium sized village in a conservation area. It has all the usual amenities you would expect from petrol stations, supermarkets, local stores, cafes and, of course, pubs!

The larger Colwyn Bay is a couple of miles down the road as is the Victorian gradeur of LLandudno. You are pretty much on the border of the Snowdonia National Park ans all the walks, trains and outdoor activities it holds.
