About this location
The Sardinia region
10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from the airport of Olbia, and it's paradise.
Upon arrival our senses are bombarded with strong suggestions: around us lies the spectacular scenery of Tavolara, with the Gulf of Olbia, Golfo Aranci and Capo Figari.
Behind we are protected from the hills covered with myrtle, juniper and mastic, which perfumes the air with warm Mediterranean hues.
Our house located in a strategic position, close to all points of interest that this beautiful country offers, and we love living here and feel "in paradise."
You can walk to the beach in less than 1 minute, swim at night in safe waters with sandy bottom and go home to dry off.
If you seek a beach club, just choose from the many proposals, in a breathtaking location.
If you want to take a bath in the clear water of the islands and sunbathe undisturbed, enjoying the twirl of cormorants and dolphins playing, with our boats in a moment we will reach the island of Molara or one of the beautiful coves that dot the coastline.
You can delve into the maquis and the silence of Sardinia a few minutes from home, and eat healthy food with a unique and unmistakable taste.
If you look for the crazy nights on the Emerald Coast, in a 15 minute drive you can reach the most famous clubs of the Mediterranean, the center of the international jet-set.
We are surrounded by the history of the ancient Nuraghe civilization in a picturesque setting of granitic rocks carved over millennia by wind.
The countryside around us is rich and wild, and thousands of birds inhabit the trees and fragrant shrubs, and it is not uncommon that the doves or the robins make a nest in one of the trees of the garden.
There are wild sheep, wild boars, foxes, hares and rabbits, hedgehogs. In Sardinia also abound turtles (which are protected!) falcons, partridges ...
If we talk about the sea, snapper, grouper, sea bream, sea bass, eyes, lobsters, dolphins, sea urchins, anemones and any living thing that comes to mind is abundant in these waters, and if you go for a session of snorkelling or if you choose a day of fishing, you will be amazed by the richness and variety of underwater life.

"A rustic cabin only a minute's walk from a pretty little beach - who needs more?"
We spent two nights in Casa Piccola in July 2014 - the first guests! The accommodation was slightly on the rustic side - the bedding didn't match, the towels were a bit scratchy and the decor was… More
Dear Janet And Neil,
thanks a lot for your review! Welcoming you in our property was a pleasure, and you were very nice guests. Unfortunately we had a problem with the company that should have supplied us bed linen and towels just two days before your arrival, so we had to handle the matter with our own stuff, that's why bed linen did not match and towels were not at the standard we wanted to offer. Now everything is cleared and works properly.
We'll be glad to welcome you again somewhen, and send you our very best regards.
Ciao, Silvia & Sergio :)
