The North Jamaica Coast region

The Villa is located just 2 miles away from Ocho Rios centre, at the Rio Nuevo battle site, where the final battle between British and Spanish forces to determine possession of Jamaica took place in 1658. Around Ocho Rios you will find many other famous attractions like the Dunns River Fall where you can swim in the river, find caves behind falls and mini-whirlpools. Don't miss the Dolphin Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, sharks and stingrays!

Mystic Mountain is located on rain forest terrain 700 feet above sea level and features a bobsled coaster ride and an aerial tramway canopy tour. At the Prospect Plantation Tour you will discover how a plantation site works, as well as enjoy open-aired carriage rides, horseback and camel rides; there is also a wonderful butterfly aviary and you can even feed the ostriches.

Be sure to visit Golden Eye, the house where Ian Fleming lived and wrote all 13 original James Bond books!

Ocho Rios is filled with life with its craft markets and traditional shops where you can get all your souvenirs, from hand-made sandals to your typical bottles of the finest rum! THE VILLA CAN BE RENTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR GROUPS, OR ON A ROOM ONLY BASIS. For room only rates, please contact us.

The whole property is furnished to an extremely high standard and contains all the amenities you would desire on a trip away from home.

MAIN HOUSE has four very large bedrooms all en suite, with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom; two large living rooms with their own balconies with sea view; a dining room, bar area and a large fully equipped kitchen fitted with cooker and microwave, with balcony over-looking the swimming pool. In both the lounges you will find HD flat screen TVs. All bedrooms have satellite TV/DVD/Wi-Fi. In the lounge you can find a Nintendo Wii console, for the kids at heart. All included are the services of our fully trained staff: Housekeeper, Gardener, Night Watchman and Pool Attendant. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 and the maximum limit is 12.

POOL SUITE and GUEST SUITE are separate poolside apartments, both with en suite bathrooms and kitchenette. Pool Suite sleeps 2-4 and Guest Suite sleeps 2. Please contact us for further information about renting these two suites.

• Rates for MAIN HOUSE (4 bedrooms) are £2,500 or 4,000$USD per week. Rates quoted are for a maximum of 8 GUESTS staying at MAIN HOUSE. Each ADDITIONAL GUEST (up to 4) will be charged a small supplement of £10 or US$16 per night.

• MAIN HOUSE can be rented as a whole for large groups (8-12 guests) or on a room only basis (2-4 guests per room). For rates on individual rooms, please contact us.

• ALL RATES INCLUDE accommodation, taxes and full staff (Housekeeper/Cook, Gardener, Night Watchman and Pool Attendant).

• MEALS - The Housekeeper will assist you with the cooking, all you need to do is provide the ingredients. For those special occasions, when you want extra pampering, a CHEF and BUTLER can be brought in (for an additional fee).

• AIRPORT TRANSFERS - We have a list of well vetted drivers who we can arrange airport transfers with, as well as transportation throughout your stay. If you prefer, we can arrange for a car without a driver.

• RESERVATIONS are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis.

• Your reservation request will be confirmed within 24 hours of submission.

• As soon as we receive your signed rental agreement and deposit, we will issue you with a rental invoice for balance of payment by email or post.

• To confirm your booking, we respectfully ask for a 25% deposit off the total value due.

• The balance due should be paid up to 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is less than 60 days, the entire amount is due immediately.

• We also request for a security deposit. This deposit is not applied towards rent, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided everything is in order with the property and its contents.

• We accept the following METHODS OF PAYMENT:
