Ocean view is a privately own Jamaican villa, magnificently located with Spectacular view of the Caribbean sea. The villa is Spacious, quite, peaceful and beautiful. Two graceful mahogany staircases leads upstairs to the main bedrooms; which features beautifully exposed rafters,beam peak ceilings and french doors open to private terraces.
The villa has a large dining room which accommodates up to 20 guest, Butler will serve your meals while you relax and enjoy the magnificent view from the windows. There is a covered terrace overlooking the turquoise sea,where meals can be served in a casual setting. Just beyond the terrace is the pool and elevated deck where guest can enjoy the magnificent view or candle lit meal.

Ocean View Villa was designed and built with a concentration on accommodating families and large groups. The elegant but gracious living area have ;Chandelier,HDTV, Surround Sound, DVD player and is elegantly furnished with leather sofa, marble tables.
Our guest favourite gathering places are either the Pool area or our entertainment room. A few yards away is a private resident villa owner beach, with fabulous crystal clear sea our grounds person / butler will be happy to accompany you to the beach.
Near by golf courses are Breezes Runaway Bay or Sandals in Upton Area of Ocho Rios. Horseback Ridding, Magic Mountain, Dolphin Cove and Dunns River Falls are some of the attraction close by.

"I knew that my wedding plans would include Jamaica, I just did not know how much a factor the place of lodging would play in the planning.
Cavel must have the patience of Job. She answered every single nit-picking question quickly, effectively, and in a timely manner.
The pictures are accurate but can not fully capture the views, Millicent's laughter, or the comforting sensation of the jacuzzi as the sun sets.
My husband and I took 8 people with us and their ages ranged from 21 to 71. Each person was made to feel special, safe, and satisfied. Lindo was very clear in offering helpful information about the area, the house, and navigating the rocks down to the beach. I felt better knowing that my guest were having almost as great a time as I was!
Millicent always had a satisfying meal with fresh fruit waiting upon our return to the villa from daytime excursions and was quick to respond when a lightbulb blew in one of the upstairs bathrooms.
Jamaica is a wonderful and magical country with many wonderful people and breathtaking views. The difference in staying here versus one of the all-inclusives is the feeling of family.
I have no negatives and will openly and honestly respond to any questions you may have about reserving this villa for your family or small group.

Date Submitted: September 10, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008 Villa was excellent, superbly clean and had everything we could want and most importantly it comfortably accommodated for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the Villa particularly the pools, the View the staff made us feel welcome.
I loved the terrace, it was so relaxing to just sit and relax night or day.
This was second time staying at this villa and our stay was perfect, Millicent cooked great meal, there are many local restaurants to choose from, the villa has a private bar where we could purchase beers and wine (not a large selection of wine) and the supermarkets were close.
As wth our vist last year the owner provided us with an excellent customer service and Millicent and Cleve closed the deal with impeccable accommodation and host. The villa has improved a lot since our visit last year, they added a deck with spectacular view of the Ocean, complete manicure lawn and a swimming pool. I would not hesitation in highly recommending this villa.
