Sevilla Villa is a luxury villa overlooking a championship golf course and the Caribbean sea with access to a private residents beach only five minutes walk from the villa.

Sevilla is beautifully designed in a horseshoe shape around an oval shaped swimming pool. Tastefully decorated with exotic tropical plants and orchids, and having recently been refurbished throughout, the villa offers four-bedroom luxury five star living accommodation.

The villa is very private and our friendly, experienced staff will cater for your needs without intruding on your holiday.
Even before you arrive feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made to ensure your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable.

The North Jamaica Coast region

Within walking distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports.

The main attraction in Runaway Bay is the beach that is clean with beautiful white sands and turquoise blue sea. we also have our own private residents beach where you can relax on a sun chair in the sun or under a beautiful line of almond trees.

Ocho Rios area

Ocho Rios is only 20 minutes drive from the villa and has many natural attractions that beg for a visit. Dunn's River Falls is one of the most popular attractions on the island, and certainly the most photographed. You can follow a guide as you climb the 600-ft. falls to the top where you are greeted by pools filled with cool, refreshing mountain water. Or, you can stay at the bottom and splash in the waters cascading off the falls.

Near to Sevilla Villa is Dolphin cove, swim with dolphins or come for an encounter, this is an experience of a lifetime!! Dolphins even play with you and push you through the water by your feet. Nearby there is Mystic Mountain with cable cars and bob sleighs.

History buffs, and folks who love a good ghost story, will want to visit the Rose Hall Great House, located 8 miles east of Montego Bay. This is the most famous great house on all of Jamaica. Built between 1778-17790 by John Palmer, a wealthy British farmer, the house served as a 6,600 acre sugar plantation. It was Annie Palmer, wife of the builder's grandson, who made the house famous. Annie was said to have dabbled in voodoo, and legend has it she murdered three of her husbands while they slept.

Her story and the house has been the subject of at least 12 Gothic novels, the most famous being White Witch of Rose Hall by H.G. deLisser. Situated high in the mountains is a small friendly village called Nine Mile in the parish of St. Ann, also known as the birthplace and final resting place of Bob Marley.

On the tour, you will enjoy the brilliant and evocative music Bob Marley gave the world. A tour guide will share with you the natural world of Bob Marley's birthplace. You will be guided on a journey beginning with the house that Bob used live in when he was a small boy growing up. The guide will show you "Mt. Zion Rock" (Bob's meditation spot), and the "Rock Pillow" (made famous in the song "Talking Blues").

The guide will also share with you information on Bob Marley’s later years and the inspiration he gave through his music to the world. The tour then takes you through to the mausoleum, Bob's final resting place. Nine Mile is only 40 minutes drive from the villa and is owned and operated by Bob Marley's family.

There are four king-sized bedrooms with tinted glass sliding doors that open out onto a spacious veranda surrounding the pool.

The bathrooms are spacious James Bond style onyx dressing rooms that provide a back stage to the King size bedrooms. All the bedrooms have now been equipped with 32" LCD TV's and satellite TV.

Each bedroom has the option of King sized bed with a Therapeutic supreme mattress, or alternatively we can provide up to 10 X - Twin beds upon request. There is also 47" plasma screen in the living room and high speed wireless internet throughout the villa.

To the right of the villa by the pool is a spiral staircase leading to a private patio and fourth bedroom.

The pool is in the centre of the villa and holds approximately 23,000 gallons of water with steps leading to the shallow end and a deep end suitable for diving. The pool has been relined with diamond brite and fitted with a new autopilot purifying system - so no more choline folks!! The pool is now environmentally friendly!!

There are six sun lounge chairs around the far side of the pool and comfortable seating on the veranda enough for up to 25 people comprising of; one three seat settee; two double seat settee; four lounge chairs, four- arm chairs; eight dining chairs and table; and five coffee tables.

Breakfast and dinner are served on the veranda overlooking the pool. The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen; towels and beach towels.

The kitchen and two wash rooms are equipped to cater for large groups, with; fridge; kettle; toaster; microwave; blender; mixer, glass, crockery, cutlery etc and 2 washing machines.

The wash room opens through double doors onto the back yard and a there is a path leading to the front garden that leads through a garden gate to the 17th fairway of Runaway Bay golf course and the beach.

Sevilla Villa is overlooking Breezes Runaway Bay Championship Golf Course. Walk through your own back gate and tee off onto the 17th Fairwary!! This course has hosted many championship events, including the Jamaica Open and the World Cup of Golf Qualifier.

Legendary for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean and notoriously fast greens, many have tried, but few have truly conquered this course. Built in 1960 by British Naval Commander J. Harris, Par 72; 6,870 yards, slope rating of 124.

Interact with a family of Bottlenose dolphins in an idyllic tropical retreat on Jamaica's North Coast. Adjacent to the famous Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove also offers snorkelling, kayaking and shark petting in lush tropical surroundings with a beach, waterfall and jungle trail.

Spend a whole day in the mountains and see the lovely waterfalls, hike up the river with over twenty natural swimming pools and Jacuzzi's to pamper you.

Trails-Dunn's river cycling adventure is available for children. This scenic ride starts high up in the hills of St. Ann. Take an unforgettable ride through the countryside while enjoying a panoramic view of the coastline below. After approximately two hours cyclers reach Dunn's River Falls.

Green Grotto Caves, St. Ann, formerly known as the Runaway, Dairy, Rum, Hopewell, and Dry Harbour Caves is one of Jamaica’s most prominent natural attractions. In the past, the cave provided shelter for the Arawak Indians, the hideout and escape route for the last Spanish Governor and storage for items ranging from rum to arms, all which are significant to Jamaica’s history.
