Jasmin Hill Villa is located directly on the ocean in Ocho Rios, Jamaica approximately 1.5 hour drive east from Montego Bay airport. The entrance is off private Hermosa Road and as you pass through the Jasmin Hill gates you will see the beautiful landscaped sea view property. The classic stucco and wooden shingle roof home was completely remodeled to reflect its past history and add modern amenities. The extra large property (5 acres) includes over 500 feet of ocean front. Jasmin Hill is surrounded on all sides by lush tropical vegetation. The villa is within walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios and approximately one mile east of downtown Ocho Rios.
Jasmin Hill is a very spacious and comfortable 6 bedroom home with style and grace. The main house was built in the 1940's and is 3 bedrooms. There is a lovely 1 bedroom master suite in a nearby cottage with terrace overlooking the pool and a 2 bedroom garden cottage. In the original main house extra large rooms all have hardwood or ceramic tile floors. The art filled living room overlooks the sea, pool and side courtyard garden. Dining can be on the new, large veranda facing either the ocean or pool or in the indoor private dining room. The home is filled with fine furniture, original artwork and unique details. A well tuned Yamaha upright piano is located in the entrance room. Lush gardens or ocean surround Jasmin Hill with spectacular views from all rooms.
Bedroom Configuration:
Main House
-Bedroom 1 Large upstairs master bedroom (17 x 30 feet) with king 4 poster bed, private bath, ceiling fan and air- conditioning. This bedroom has windows on three sides and a private covered balcony overlooking the ocean.
-Bedroom 2 King upstairs bedroom (14 x 15 feet) with private bath, ceiling fan and air- conditioning. This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
-Bedroom 3 Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom (16 x 23 feet), with private bath, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. This bedroom can also have a twin bed added if necessary.
Pool Cottage Suite
-Bedroom 4 King bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, double French doors to a private porch overlooking the pool and sea. The suite is fully air-conditioned. This bedroom is only available at the 4-bedroom rate.
Rosebud Cottage - In 2014 a new 2-bedroom cottage was added to bring the total bedroom accommodations up to 6. This charming cottage is in a beautiful garden retreat. Each of the two bedrooms is air conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a lovely outdoor private shower that can be shared by both bedrooms.

-Bedroom 6 Queen bed, private bathroom and air conditioning.
The villa also includes a large spring water swimming pool. A new wrap around covered verandah is perfect for morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Ocean swimming is especially wonderful from the Jasmin Hill dock. Stone steps lead into crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Within 50 yards of shore is a wonderful coral reef perfect for snorkeling.
Jasmin Hill is fully staffed with a superb Caribbean chef, butler, an optional van driver with 14 passenger Toyota van, a housekeeper, laundress and a gardener. The driver lives on the property in separate staff area. All meals can be served either in the large dining room or on three outside locations (garden terrace, ocean terrace or pool).
