Beautiful fully furnished freshly painted and renovated 2 bed, 1 bath penthouse apartment which sits in an upscale gated Ocho Rios Condominium. The condo is tastefully decorated, new bathroom and kitchen and sleeps 4 persons and has 2 decks and access to 6 pools on site set with beautifully manicured gardens. There is a ensuite washer and dryer, fans and air conditioning in bedrooms, free wifi, tennis court, and access to a roof top terrace with panoramic view. If you want to wake up to a view, dine with a view and lounge with a view, this is the place for you. The winter rate for the 2 bedroom works out to includes twice a week housekeeping. Daily cooking of your choice meals and food are available for extra. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Centrally located in Ocho Rios, you can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the full shopping, restaurant and bar facilties of Ocho Rios. This condo is just over an hour and a half from the Montego Bay International Airport. It is directly opposite to the new state of the art Island Village Shopping and entertainment complex; and the Margaritaville nightspot; a five minute walk to freshly caught fish/lobster meals; a five minute drive to the famous Dunn's River Falls, the newest attraction of Mystic Mountain and Dolphin's Cove, and a ten minute drive to Chukka Cove. It is also in close proximity to several beaches. Golf courses are nearby. Explore Margaritaville and Fisherman's Village for a day's fun. The suite's central location affords you spectacular views of the ocean, cruise ship pier and views of Ocho Rios. At the same time, your condo is in a well maintained and gated spot. Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Gym, 24-hr security. Free parking, wifi and cable tv. (Suite can also be rented as a 3 bedrm for 6 persons.

Why can't I call Ingrid (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ingrid (the owner) a message.

If Ingrid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
