About the home

One bedroom with king size bed . Being on the ground floor it is verysafe for children who like to climb on the balcony. Also easy access for wheelchair users. Very quiet and peaceful at night.
Fully equipped with air conditioning telephone, microwave, cooker, full size fridge freezer, tv, DVD player iron, ironing board,clothes airer.Hairdryer available on request. All towels including pool towels and bed linnen included. Secure safety deposit box in bedroom.
Two sofa beds in living room can be used as single beds.
Very bright, clean and spacious. Housekeeper meet guests and show them to my apartment. Annette is very friendly and helpful.
Perfect for families, honeymoon couples or older people.
Very quiet at night despite being only minutes away from the lively nightlife of Ochi. You will not be disappointed with this privately owned well cared for apartment. I do not rent this apartment through agencies.

If the dates you require my apartment are not avilable, or a large group of friends are requiring accommodation, please contact me as my friends have apartments in the complex and dates for their apartments may be available.

A non refundable deposit of 30% is requied to secure a booking

Friendly housekeeper to meet guests on arrival and to change linen and towels.
Relax in the warm evening either on the balcony or by the large swimming pool which accommodated eight Dolphins during Hurricane Dean. Visit Oceans 11 two minute walk away on Sunday nigh or Karioki on Tuesday night. Margaretteville less than a minute awa and HardRock Cafe around the corner.
Why not swim with the Dolphins in Dolphin Cove approximately ten minute drive from the apartment.
This apartment is very quiet and peaceful at night.

Direct access to beach is adjacent to security gate.

Security is very strict at the apartment. Names of each guest must be supplied on booking. Guests who are expecing visitors or taxis must advise Security.

Children's secure playground. Babysitter available on request. Please ask our housekeeper.

The swimming pool at deepese end in 8ft. There are plenty sun loungers by the pool for guests who do not want to sit on the beach.

Lifeguard on duty every day.

Housekeeper will meet guests on arrival. Her telephone number will be supplied on booking. Please call her from the airport to advise of approximate time of arrival.

Private car availible at extra cost approximately £45 to pick guests up from Montego Bay, also available day trips.

Conditions

Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.
Person who books is the person responsible for all other guests in the group.
Please leave apartment in a similar condition to when you arrive.
Any damage to property will be charged to guest who books the property.
We accept no liability to any loss or damage to persons renting the apartment.

The North Jamaica Coast region

The area around Ocho Rios has so much to offer. Two minues walk from the apartment is the beautiful Turtle Park, acres of park with the turtle river flowing through.

Five minute drive is Dolphin Cove where swimming with the Dolphins is very popular.

Dunns River Falls is approximately fifteen minutes away, where you can climb the falls with a group of people or take a boat from Turtle Beach and climb with one of the locals.

Being self catering gives you the freedom to eat and drink when it suits. Local take away restaurants are very reasonabley priced. Hard Rock cafe is two minute walk away and Margaretteville offers pizzas, burgers, fries as well as local food.

There are lots of seafood restaurants with freshly caught fish on offer

Cruise Ships dock here most days.

Lots of shops, restaurants and night life close by, including Taj Mahal duty free shopping centre and Island village with Margaritteville.

Oceans 11 bar/restaurant two minute walk away has regular live entertainment and Karioke on a Sunday night.

The Ocho Rios area

Most popular visited places are the famous Dunns River Falls, 15 minutes away, Dolphin Cove 10 minuts away.

There are lots of water sports on the beach.

Collection from airport can be arranged at extra cost.

Located within minutes walk of all shops, restaurants and nightlife in Ocho Rios (Ochi as it is known locally)

Step on to the beach from the grounds. (No charge for guests).

Ten minute drive from Dunns River Falls and Dolphin Cove.

Approximately one hour fifteen minutes from Montego Bay Airport.

It is a busy friendly safe town where cruise ships dock most days.

Check flights on Virgin, Thomson, First Choice or Google for cheap flights to Jamaica.

Safe local driver available for pickup/drop off to airport, or days out at reasonable costs. You can visit parts of Jamaica that tourist do not usually see. The real Jamaica.
