About the home

This is a very romantic quiet peaceful resort, it's only ten minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Beautiful self catering condo, with stunning sea and mountains view overlooking the bay of Ocho Rios.

This property is set in 14 acres of scenic landscaped gardens. The property is suitable for a single person, couples with a young family but not for elderly.

The apartment is bright and spacious, and has free internet service with mobile phone.

There is a 3 launderette on site if you require this service just speak to the house maid or security guards who will direct you to the nearest one near to the condo.

Ms Jennifer Lwellyn is the manager of Colombus Heights there are two offices one for Skycastles and the other for Colombus Heights any problems you can approach both of them. One is open 24 hours the other is closed at 5 oclock on weekdays.

Colombus Heights is set on a hill, it is an easy ten minutes walk down to the shops, restaurants and bars. However coming up the hil I would advise clients to take a taxi it is about U$5 dollars. You can collect the taxi from Main Street.

All bookings must be paid four weeks before departure. Deposit of £100 secures your booking

No pets allowed in the condo

Smoking is only permitted on the gazebo

If you cancel or amend the booking

If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone us on the number shown on our written confirmation as soon as possible.

You will also be required to confirm your cancellation in writing or by email to the addresses shown on our written confirmation. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you.

If you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us. After such period, if you cancel the booking more than 8 weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we will retain the Initial Deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us.

If you cancel the booking less than 4 weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit and the Rental, and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. In these circumstances we will refund the Rental (less any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property.

Conditions

Please let us know if you wish to be collected from the airport. As we have our own taxi driver that collects from Kingston and Mo-Bay and thank goodness he doesn't drive fast!

We also have a chef assigned to the apartment please let us know if you would Deliy to cooked for you and what your requirements are.
