We arrived at apartment to be greeted by Debbie the letting agent she was very helpful and explained all we needed to know for our stay . The apartment was ideal and perfect as a base for our visit to Southampton visiting family and friends . We were within easy walking distance of Oxford street where there are restaurants to suit every taste and a hive of activity . We would certainly use this apartment again and Lorrena the owner was a pleasure to deal with Dennis and Caroline Mason

"Great apartment in central location"
Very good apartment centrally located in Southampton. Proved a great location for us and is well centred for shops, restaurants and of course the marinas in Southampton. The property manager Debbie was also very helpful.

"Good for a break."
Arrived at apartment (difficult to find in complex- map would have helped) and was met by manager who quickly showed us through. Apartment is in a nice complex, very compact and clean. Good for a week or, at most two, for two people. The area outside the complex is rather rundown and there is / was a lot of building projects going on. There are some very nice eateries not too far away although I would not recommend walking to them. There is no easy parking for others visiting.

"Very quiet neighbourhood in a good location"
Surprisingly quiet area just 5 minutes walk from a Tesco Express, pubs, restaurant and cinema. Comfortable and well equipped ground floor apartment with small private furnished garden area. Free wifi and allocated parking space. If there had been a barbecue we would have used it. No sea view, but could just see some yacht masts over the fence!
