Its spacious internal area of 83sqm with large 38sqm terrace, affords a sunny aspect throughout the day with stunning views of Rock of Gibraltar.The terrace is accessible from every room and is presented with table and 4 chairs (great for al fresco dining). It's decorated to a high standard and furnished with a modern and comfortable furniture.

One of the pools and the jacuzzi is heated and can be used all year round.

The Ocean Village Marina has a wide range of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs, together with a new Casino. In summer the live music entertains you in selected pubs al fresco.
The tourist’s information centre is situated in Casemates Square, although the info “things to do and see” could be found in the apartment.

The Rock of Gibraltar region
Gibraltar is an amazing place! Just 7 sqm big has something for everyone. It's a popular holiday and business travel destination, and gateway to southern Spain. The Colony has an intriguing culture and fascinating history along with the bonus of a tax-free environment. Gibraltar is full of surprises, from its unusual sand and limestone landscape, to its resident Bay dolphins and a botanical garden to equal the finest in the world.
The things you will want to see in Gibraltar depend of course on your interests. For those who are of a more city-oriented viewpoint, you’ll want to pay a call on the diverse methods of entertainment that the area offers, along with some of the vast array of clubs and night-life type entertainment, while still not missing the many tax free shopping opportunities that Gibraltar has to offer you.
Dolphins seem to love the Gibraltar and use the area waterways as a nursery. Its not at all uncommon to see them playing with their mothers in the waters around Gibraltar. St Michael's cave has been unique and visited since Roman times and during World War II the cave was prepared as an emergency hospital. Gibraltar is near some of the best beaches and golf courses of the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz.

Summer brings an average of 10.5 hours of sunshine a day. Winter can be a mixture of fine, wet and cool weather. On average, only 30% of days are classified as ‘wet’.
Warm throughout the year, with hot summers and mild winters. Summer (May to September) has very little rainy days and practically non in the months of June to August when temperatures can rise to an average of 26ºc. August is also a favourite month for humid days when the Levanter cloud is a frequent visit.
The Ocean Village, Gibraltar area
This property is conveniently located within 5 min walking distance to the town centre and Main Street and less than 1 km to Gibraltar Airport and the Spanish border. It is also within walking distance to most of Gibraltar's attractions such as Ocean Village Marina, Queensway Marina, Kings Bastion Leisure Centre, the Cruise Ship Terminal, Casemates Square. Small supermarket Ramsons is round the corner, although Morrisons is10 min walk away.

Apartment is located 5 min away by car from the Gibraltar airport.
The Spanish border is open 24 hours a day for both vehicles and pedestrians. Jerez or Ronda by road takes about one hour; Seville is about two hours away. A fast sea crossing connects Gibraltar with Tangier (Morocco).

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern, and in a great location. Excellent views, convenient to shops and restaurants, and close to the aiport. The owners were incredibly helpful and also prompt in their correspondence before and during our stay. We came to Gibraltar to get married, and this apartment was the perfect retreat for us!

we stayed for 6 days in October. I was on business, my wife, and young baby on holiday! We really enjoyed it.
Great views from the apartment which were lovely to wake up to. the car park space allocation was brilliant. Take car parking as spaces are a bit tight (like in Spain).
Bed was quite comfy and we're fussy about that. Flat generally very modern. Liked the facilities and felt that the owner went the extra mile to make everything comfortable. Will definitely go back if the opportunity arises

The balance is payable six weeks in advance prior to arrival by bank transfer, Pay Pal (Pay pal deduct a fee, this is about 4% and is the liability of the guest)
