This beautiful contemporary villa is an easy stroll from the picturesque Obidos Lagoon and 5 minutes from the beaches at the sea. Quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive to stunning places like Peniche (famous for the fish restaurants), Baleal and the historic town of Obidos also many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from all rooms are spacious balconies or patio doors leading to the garden. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast region
The Silver Coast is renowned for it's unspoilt coastline and great golf courses. Stunning quiet beaches are in abundance along this coastline and will appeal to couples and families alike.
The weather on the Silver Coast - the winter average temperature is around 17C in the day and the summer average is 25C. In the summer, the heat is refreshed by a gentle sea breeze.
Beaches - Choice of the calm waters of the lagoon or the rugged Atlantic coastline (5 mins drive). Both beautiful sandy beaches.
The Silver Coast is steeped in history too, with many places of interest, Caldas da Rainha a lovely town famous for its spa, Alcobaca and Batalha for the stunning monastery, Fatima and many more beautiful places to discover.
Obidos / Bom Sucesso area
Places of interest nearby include the beautiful walled city of Obidos, the popular sea side resort of Sao Martinho do Porto and the old fishing town of Peniche.
For the family there is bowling in Caldas da Rainha, many Kartadroms in the area for the teenagers and adults alike to race around the circuits, water parks in Peniche and Lourniha, cinemas in the towns where they are all English spoken with Portuguese sub titles, tennis, horse riding and fishing.
Special interest holidays The rugged coastline of the Atlantic can be of particular interest to water sport enthusiasts who want to take part in windsurfing and surfing. The beaches at Baleal and Peniche attract enthusiastic surfers. Calm waters of the lagoon are good for families as the beaches shelve steadily and the waters are calm for swimming or for the beginner to try out the water sports.Various water sports on the picturesque Obidos lagoon, jet skiing and sailing available at the Foz de Arelho sailing school.
Praia Del Rey - 8 Minutes - Top 20 in Europe and considered by many to be the best course in Portugal. Designed by the American golf architect Cabell B. Robinson, who has incorporated the unspoiled natural beauty of the area and captured picturesque sea views. 4 holes are strung out along the edge of the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic.
Bom Successo - 5 Minutes - Opened October 2008 and already considered one of the finest courses in the area. Truly stunning views over the Obidos Lagoon from the top end of the course.
Golden Eagle - 25 minutes - Fine course with friendly atmosphere, also a good test with several difficult water holes. Other courses near by include . Campo Real (30 mins). Penha Longa, Quinta da Marinha, Golf do Estoril all within a 60 mins drive.
How to get there
The villa is within easy reach of Lisbon airport which receives flights from many destinations. TAP, BA and Easyjet all fly from UK.
Lisbon airport is 1 hours easy drive to the villa.
Car Hire is essential to take advantage of the many places of interest on this very picturesque part of the Silver Coast.

The furniture has been chosen with luxury and comfort in mind, so you enjoy the villa home from home.
A lovely appointed kitchen, dining area and sitting room.
Well equipped throughout so no need to bring the extra items like hair-dryers, irons, swimming towels.
One bedroom is down stairs with a bathroom next to it which would make it suitable for the elderly or infirm.
The master suite is spacious with a double bed and a sofa to relax on, it also opens on to a large corner balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the local wines.
The bathrooms are spacious and the sinks are set in a marble surround.
Further details outdoors: The pool is 4 metres x 7 metres with the garden surrounding the house.
Relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the open plan aspect of the house with the 3 large double patio doors that run along 2 sides to the living area, this aspect really brings the outside in.
