The prestigious Praia d'El Rey, Bom Sucesso and Royal Obidos golf courses are each within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa. The edge of Obidos Lagoon is within a 5 minute stroll from the villa.
Pine View Villa is luxuriously appointed throughout with a bright and airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large floor to ceiling patio doors overlooking the private swimming pool and gardens.
The villa has its own garden, 3 balconies and BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining in the warm but comfortable Portuguese climate.

Pine View Villa is luxuriously appointed throughout with a bright and airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large floor to ceiling patio doors overlooking the private swimming pool and gardens.
The master bedroom suite has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and full size bath. There is also a large sunny balcony with wooden chairs and table, overlooking the pool and gardens, somewhere quiet to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day!
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the front of the villa and 1 overlooking the pool and gardens.
On the ground floor there is a further bedroom with 2 single beds, with sliding doors to the garden.
All bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes and bedside tables.

3 sets of sliding patio doors lead from the house to the gardens and swimming pool area. The patio has a large table with 6 chairs and parasol. There is also a BBQ.
There are 2 allocated parking spaces directly outside the villa and additional parking is available if required.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with full payment due 5 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required at time of full payment. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection by our property management company.
In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit.
The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region
Portugal’s Silver Coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty, which has retained its Portuguese character and appeal. Some of the country’s most impressive architectural, religious and historical sites can be found close to the villa.
Situated between Lisbon and Porto, the Costa de Prata or Oeste region, consists of picturesque coastline stretches with stunning beaches and an abundance of charming fishing towns and villages.
The region also offers a range of gastronomic experiences and offers excellent value for money. The region is home to many superb vineyards where many reds and whites can be sampled.
The area also has a number of Championship golf courses as well as some of Europe's best surf beaches. With family friendly and safe Lagoon beaches, the Silver Coast really does offer something for all ages.
The Obidos / Bom Sucesso area
Pine View Villa is situated about 50 minutes drive north of Lisbon International airport using the quiet A8 motorway. The villa is set within the nature reserve of Perola Da Lagoa (Pearl of the Lagoon), surrounded by Pine and Eucalyptus forests.
Just a few minutes walk will take you to the edge of Obidos Lagoon, Portugal's largest lagoon or a five minute drive will take you to the stunning beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
Praia D'el Rei, Bom Sucesso and Royal Obidos championship golf courses are within a few minutes drive as well as several other courses on the Silver Coast.
The Unesco World Heritage medieval walled town of Obidos is approximately ten minutes away, with its castle and walls, cobbled streets and quaint shops, bars and restaurants, a highlight of any holiday.

Lisbon International Airport is the closest airport to the villa (90 km), approximately 50 minutes drive along the A8 motorway. It is also possible to fly to either Porto in the North or Faro in the South; both are approximately 2.5 / 3 hour drive from the villa.
All of the low cost airlines fly into this region. Try Easyjet, RyanAir, BMIBaby, TAP Airlines, British Airways or Aerlingus.

Nice peaceful setting. Quiet location. Definitely need transport as off the beaten track. Property has everything you can think of and has lovely facilities. Nice to have plunge pool and garden area. 9am bread delivery was nice bonus with great rolls in time for breakfast. |
