The villa is situated in a beautiful area just a 3 minute walk from Portugal's largest salt water lagoon. It is in an ideal location for a relaxing beach holiday, for sightseeing or for various sports. You can do as much or as little as you like!
GOLF. The new Bom Sucesso is within a five minute drive. World renowned Champion golf course Praia D'el Rey is a 15 minute drive.
SAILING, KAYAKING AND FISHING on the lagoon.
CYCLING AND HIKING There is brand new cycling/hiking track surrounding the lagoon.
BEACHES The beaches on the lagoon are wonderful for children with clear calm waters teaming with fish and shellfish. There are a number of other white sandy beaches in the area some ideal for body boarding, others for surfing.
DINING There are number of scenic cafes on the lagoon offering traditional Portuguese food. Obidos, Penich and the market town of Caldas Da Rainha also have some great restaurants.

How to get there
Approx 1 hour from Lisbon airport or 2 1/2 hours from Porto airport. Car hire is essential but taxi's from airport cost approx 95 euros. Flight times from UK to Lisbon are approx 21/2 hours.
