The house is set in a small community with only 41 houses. Within the grounds you can enjoy beautiful landscaped gardens and a large communal pool. You also have the use of a paddle tennis court in the development next door. This modern house is very clean and immaculate and is set over 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With air conditioning and heating system in all rooms.
On the ground floor the house has a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom and a lounge/dining room opening out onto a private garden.
On the second floor the master bedroom with en suite bathroom opens onto a fabulous sunbathing patio with views over the pool, golf and pine forest. Also on the second floor is a twin bedroom and shower room. On the third floor is a spacious loft style bedroom with 2 single beds and a large balcony

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
Costa de la Luz meaning 'The Coast of Light', is a very green and hilled area of Spain. I think this is one of the main things which separates the area from the rest. The original culture and heritage of the local communities are still very much present.
The Climate is mild in Winter and Hot in Summer making a very good holiday destination all year round!
Nuevo Portil area
Nuevo Portil is based around the new prestigious 18-hole golfcourse where Casa 20 is situated. There are shops, a 4-star hotel, some excellent restaurants and bars and of course splendid beaches. It borders on the village of El Portil, with its supermarket, shops, a nature park and, again, superb beaches.
Just along the coast is the pretty little fishing village of El Rompido, which has charming restaurants specialising in locally caught fish, right on the beachfront. Some of the best swimming beaches in Spain are but a few minutes away, and the area is replete with nature preserves and parks. The view from the town is exquisite, overlooking the beach and the island preserve la Flecha, just a short boat ride across the harbour.
Further along the coast, on the way to the town of Cartaya, you will find a large Water Park (open only in high season) and a go-karting track which is open all year round.
In the opposite direction and in less than one hour on the most car free motorway youll see, is the splendid and historic city of Seville, well worth a visit during your stay. Nuevo Portil is 20 minutes from Portugal, which is surrounded by parks and natural lands, including the Doñana National Park--one of the largest nature preserves in Europe.
How to get there
The property is situated right in between Faro Airport in Portugal and Sevilla Airport in Spain. Jerez is only an 90min drive away.
