A fantastic location on the golf course and a ten minute walk to the beach - what more could you want?
With its own pool, three bedrooms (two en suite), second sitting room with large sofa bed, large gardens, huge rooftop sun terrace, massive open plan lounge and dining area as well as countless private sunny chill-out areas this is just a great place to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have no need to dine out but if you do, El Portil, a ten minute walk, boasts brilliant restaurants, bars and a few night clubs for the more adventurous.

Designed as a family home, the luxury en suite master bedroom has a super-king size bed and patio windows leading directly onto the garden terraces.
The upstairs en suite bedroom has king size bed and patio doors leading onto private balconied terrace overlooking the garden and golf course.
Downstairs, the twin room has two large single beds whilst the fourth bedroom has a top of the range leather double sofa bed doubling as an entertainment/games room with 32" satellite TV, XBox 360 and PS2 consoles...
The open plan lounge/dining area is a little bit of heaven for chilling out in to music with iPod player or a DVD in front of the property's larger 40" satellite TV...
The dining kitchen has all mod cons and a massive supermarket is only ten minutes by car up the road for your every food or leisure need or a 5 min walk to local shops...

Further details outdoors:
The rear garden is secure for those with young children as there are security gates at both sides of the house... A brand new patio area has been constructed around the pool with the lawn being ample for most games...
The garden overlooks the 10th fairway of the golf course and is a sun worshipper's dream...
But if that doesn't give you enough sun you can catch extra rays on the large roof terrace where you can relax, have a drink and bake in the sun all day long...
The front of the villa has ample parking for three cars and on entering the villa you can take a seat by our very own palm tree in the open air courtyard adjoining the kitchen/dining area.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking with the balance due six weeks before your arrival.

This is 'hidden' Spain at its best. The location has just about anything and everything to do for families and adults alike whether its golf or beach on your doorstep to adventure theme parks (one ten minutes drive, the other an hour away in Seville) to go-karting, hang gliding, mountain biking (this part of Spain boasts brilliant bike lanes that weave through protected forests) to sailing, horse riding and scuba diving - you can do just about anything and all in a day... For the more cultured Seville is a treat for museums, galleries or, dare we say it, brilliant boutique shopping. Dining out here offers all options for every taste but a real treat is a lunch at the many restaurants on the beach, known as 'Chiringuito's' - a welcome pack has all the info you'll need but if you can't wait, google it!

The area is renowned for its bird life and has many sites of historic and natural beauty of international standing, but the 14km of uninterrupted beach at your doorstep takes a lot of beating...

“A fabulous place to stay!” From the moment we saw Villa Patricia on the website we knew we had to stsy there! Booking couldn't have been easier and the owner Jan was incredibly helpful answering our many questions. We arrived at lunchtime and had arranged to go straight to the villa to drop off our luggage before visiting the supermarket for supplies while the cleaning was finished from the previous occupants. This was a big help. The villa itself is amazing. Its huge and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything was clean and tidy. The outside area was fantastic with a dining area, sitting area with a big comfy corner sofa and plenty of sunloungers. The pool was great, well looked after. There are some lovely places to eat within easy walking distance. We would often drive a bit further afield for lunch then bbq in the evening and maybe a walk for drinks some nights. El Rompido was our favourite place for lunch with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The beaches are beautiful and plenty of them. A car is a must really for exploring the area and supermarket shopping. We went to see the football in Huelva one evening which was fantastic and the 2 boys aged 14 & 11 loved it! It really was a fabulous place for a holiday and Villa Patricia was fantastic. Its a special place to stay! We hope to return again soon.

“A very relaxing and extremely enjoyable holiday at Villa Patricia” We were a party of 7 and we've just spent 10 'glorious' days at Villa Patricia. From our first enquiry, the owner, Jane, was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of useful information on the area, car hire etc. The villa itself is well equipped and well proportioned. It accommodated all 7 of us easily and we never felt crowded. The outside space is very comfortable and as equally impressive as the inside, from the alfresco eating area to the lounge seating area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and for catching up on a bit of holiday reading. We had 3 children with us who absolutely loved the pool. The view to the golf course is beautiful and tranquil. The pine trees, which surround the property and are synonymous with the region, make for a wonderful vista. The villa is situated on the 10th tee of the Nuevo Portil Golf Course, and was played several times by the men in our party. They loved the fact they could stop off and grab a beer half way around, and the children were excited to have a ride in the golf buggy! The area is very spanish, and if you are not confident with the language, then a phrase book would definitely be useful. Although English is not widely spoken, the local staff we encountered at the supermarket and restaurants were happy to help and were very friendly. We would recommend eating early at around 9pm, when the restaurants first open and are not busy (the locals normally dine from 10.30pm onwards), so that if you need extra time to translate, then the waitresses can devote time to helping you choose from the menu. However, the restaurants we visited did have English translations, but not all the menus we looked at did. With regard to self catering, the hypermarket at Cartaya was superb and the wine and beer was exceptional value!! We enjoyed a visit to El Rompido and also the beach at San Miguel, where we had a very nice coffee at the beach bar, and then stayed for a local seafood lunch. They also had a great teepee for the children to shelter from the midday sun. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend Villa Patricia to anyone wishing to have a relaxing holiday with a bit of golf thrown in.

We can accept payment by bank transfer, bankers draft, Paypal and cheque.

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total booking cost to be paid at time of booking with full payment to be received at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

A separate security deposit of £150 is payable also with the full holiday payment.

This is returned once the property has been inspected and left in a satisfactory condition or to cover any breakages/damage to the property.

We ask for the villa to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure and for entry no sooner than 4pm on your day of arrival. This is to allow a full and thorough changeover for all our guests.

Cancellation and refunds policy

If you cancel your holiday -

56 or more days before your holiday, you will receive your full booking deposit back

29 - 56 days before your holiday - you will receive 50% of total rental cost

15 - 28 days before your holiday - you will receive 25% of total rental cost

8 - 14 days before your holiday - you will receive 10% of total rental cost

0 - 7 days - Nothing refunded
