Nuevo Portil is based around the new prestigious 18-hole golf course where the house is situated. There are shops, a 4-star hotel, some excellent restaurants and bars and of course splendid beaches. It borders on the village of El Portil, with its supermarket, shops, a nature park and, again, superb beaches.
This is a beautifully furnished spacious house situated on the 14th hole of Neuvo Portil Golf Course in an unspoilt part of Spain, with secure gated area & car parking. All rooms can be either two singles or a double meaning the beds can be split or attached (e.g. 3 doubles, 6 singles etc)

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable to reserve your accommodation.
For bookings within 10 weeks of rental period, full payment is required prior to your stay. Otherwise a deposit of £150 or 200 Euros per week of your stay and the remainder paid in full 10 weeks before your stay.
The Costa de la Luz region
Costa de la Luz meaning 'The Coast of Light', is a very green and hilled area of Spain. This is one of the main things which separates the area from the rest of Spain. The original culture and heritage of the local communities are still very much present.
The climate is mild in winter and hot in summer making a very good holiday destination all year round!
Huelva which is the nearest large town is approx 20 mins by car and has historical interest as well as a comprehensive array of shops and stores.
The Fishing village of El-Rompido is approx 5 min drive away, a must for its fabulous restaurants of local cuisine and bars right on the water-front, with El Faro also in the same vicinity with shops, ice cream palour etc.
Picturesque Ayamonte, Isla Cristina, Isla Canela & Punta Umbria which all have Marinas and are approx 30 mins away in either direction
The Nuevo Portil / Hoyo 14 area
Nuevo Portil is based around the new prestigious 18-hole golf course. There are shops, a 4-star hotel, some excellent restaurants and bars and of course splendid beaches. It borders on the village of El Portil, with its supermarket, shops and bars where typical spanish cuisine can be enjoyed.
Just along the coast is the pretty little fishing village of El Rompido and El Faro, which has charming restaurants specialising in locally caught fish. Some of the best swimming beaches in Spain (11 Miles in all) are a few minutes away, and the area has many nature preserves and parks. The view from the town is exquisite, overlooking the beach and the island preserve la Flecha, just a short boat ride across the harbour.
Further along the coast, on the way to the town of Cartaya, you will find a large water park (open only in high season) and a go-karting track which is open all year round.10 mins from the townhouses, and a new sports complex has just been completed some 5 mins walk away.
One hour drives to the north is the picturesque, and historic city of Seville, well worth a visit during your stay. Nuevo Portil is 20 minutes from Portugal, where at Ayamonte you can catch the ferry to Villa Real, walk down the cobble streets where there are quaint shops and bars etc
There are also small seaside villages and towns nearby.
This is a walker's paradise, either on the beaches or many signposted walks along the sand dunes at the side of the beaches.
This is the middle of a conservation area with a lake and many protected birds and wildlife species all a short distance away. Doñana National Park - one of the largest nature preserves in Europe is also nearby, as is Jerez where Croft Original, Harveys & other sherries and brandys are made.
The area is a golfer's Paradise with a magnificent golf course with wide fairways and fast smooth greens right on your door step. There are many golf courses in the area, more information at www.golfdelaluz.com
The area also has fine restaurants and bars, there is a local supermarket a fresh bread shop, ice cream parlour and pizzeria all within walking distance.

The nearest airports are Faro, Seville or Jerez where Ryanair, Easyjet & Thomson etc all fly too, all year round.
This exclusive development is roughly an hour to an hour and 15 minutes drive away and is mostly on the motorway until a short distance from Neuvo Portil Golf.
Many car hire companies operate from the airports at reasonable prices or taxis can be arranged
