This property is situated in a typically Spanish area away from the Hustle and Bustle of the larger resorts on the Costa's.
It is ideal for self catering with its well equipped kitchen. But also only a short walk away there are many excellent restaurants to choose from. There is a Waterpark and Racing cart track a short drive away.
For those wanting to get out and about, there are many historical sites in the local town of Huelva and a beautiful fishing village close by in El Rompido. For those wanting to go further afield Seville is approx 1 hours drive.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
The Huelva province boasts numerous challenging golf courses only a short ride from Hoyo14, which itself has an 18 hole, par 71 course.
The Beaches along the Atlantic coastline are spectacular, with safe bathing in most areas.
Nuevo Portil enjoys excellent weather all year round, with temperatures reaching 30 degrees in the Summer. The nearest city, Huelva, situated 18 km from the property has a wide variety of shopping, including a main Centre with many leading stores within.
Only an hours drive away is the magnificent city of Seville, well worth a visit!
Nuevo Portil / Nuevo Portil Golf Resort area
The Nuevo Portil/El Portil resort welcomes golfers and families alike. There are numerous restaurants, bars, pizzeria's and Ice Cream parlours only a short walk away, including cheringuita's on the Beach front.
The Beach is a 10 minute walk from Hoyo 14, there is also a Lagune which attracts the local wildlife only a 15 minute walk away.
There are spectacular purpose made cycle routes throughout the local area including through the pine forests as well as along the sea front.
The Water Park and Race Carting track are an ideal day out for all.

The Property is almost central between the International airports of Seville and Faro (Portugal.) Both are around an hours drive along an un-crowded motorway.
Various airlines including the low cost airlines fly into these airports all year round. The best deals are usually www.flymonarch.com, www.easyjet.co.uk, and www.ryanair.com.
