About the home

Our properties offer guests a very calm and tranquil holiday enabling you to unwind and relax. However there are plenty of activities on hand for the energetic, with local golf, horse riding, cycling and walking, plus visiting the beautiful chateaux and loire valley vineyards!! There is always something to do here in the heritage area of the Loire Valley.

The Loire Valley / Maine-et-Loire region

Our area sits between the two beautiful rivers namely La Loire and Le Loir, this region is very beautiful with some stunning villages, both in countryside and alongside the rivers. It is perfect for visiting the Chateaux and of course the wonderful Loire vineyards, which boast some of the finest still and sparkling wines - come and try them!

The Noyant / Auverse area

Noyant is a small town, but has all necessary amenties and is only 4 kms away. There are two phamacies, two banks, a supermarket, boulangeries, restaurants and some garages etc. so every need is catered for, but only a five minute drive away. Our onw village of Auverse is just two minutes down the road, and has two restaurants, and a small boulangerie.

We are situated in the Loire Valley, equidistant to three cities namely Tours, Le Mans and Angers. We are 5 .25 hours drive from Calais, 3 hours from Caen ( Portsmouth/Caen ferry) by car. Tours airport which connects with London Stansted is 45 mins drive, Nantes airport is 1.5 hours drive, this connects with Leeds Bradford, London Stansted and other uk airports) Budget airlines ryanair operate most routes, and car hire can be organised at both airports.
