“Here SUMMER begins in April and ends in October…the rest of the year it's always SPRING”.

The villa is situated in a central but quiet area of Noto Marina (Lido di Noto). It's surrounded by a luxuriant garden of tropical palms, from a traditional Sicilian garden (lemon, orange, olive and fig trees) to an English lawn hedged by pine trees for privacy. This makes for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and even on very hot days the fresh nocturnal temperature allows an easy night's sleep.

It's 300 metres from the Blue Flag beach and the same distance from bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants as well as places of natural beauty and historical and cultural interest, so it's considered a perfect base for visiting both the beautiful surrounding cities (Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica, Palazzolo), places of extraordinary natural beauty (Vendicari, Cala Mosche, Cava Grande del Cassibile, Pantalica), and for relaxing by the sea. Noto is less than 7km away, and it's known as the “Giardino di Pietra” – Garden of Stone – and a U.N.E.S.C.O. World Heritage site.

The next beaches are in the nature reserve of Vendicari where you can find an unspoiled nature and a lot of calmness.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical palms and the traditional Sicilian flora,with English meadow and protect by thick pines,the house is ideally located at the centre of Lido di Noto. It's a pleasant place when you can relax thanks to the garden and even in the hot days you can peacefully sleep in the night.

The Villa is situated 300 meters from the sea and you can find in the nearness bars,supermarkets and restaurants. From the beach along the shore you can reach the wonderful nature reserve of Vendicari.

“A perfect location in Sicilly for a family with kids” We have stayed in this beautifull and cosy villa for 2 weeks. Very good location both for sea and sightseeing. The house is not very large but very comfortable with 2 large terracies and a nice clean garden. The sea is 300 m away (10 min) walk, but this is even better than the 1st line as it can be very noisy during the week-ends when the little village of Lido di Noto is full of music and young crowds. The only noisy neibourghs are birds around. The beach is just perfect for small kids: clean white sand and very transparent and clean shallow sea. Avola is 10 minutes drive away with a very good selection of seafood, fresh fish right from the sea and other all necessary stuff. Wine, fruits, vegitables and other products are very fresh and cheap. Special thanks to Giovanni, the owner, who is a very kind, helpful and supportive host. He helped us with some travelling ideas and fidning the right places to visit around. We shall definitely come back again and stay more in Villa Adriana!
