This holiday cottage is on the outskirts of the creek side village of Noss Mayo, just 15 minutes drive from Plymouth City centre and five minutes walk from the South West Coastal Path.
It forms part of a group of converted barns and is best described as an "upsidedown" conversion, with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, the kitchen and shower room on the middle floor and the living room on the second floor.
Recently refitted in 2009, the property is for let from April 2011 to September 2011 and is an ideal location to enjoy the South Hams, Dartmoor, Plymouth and all that the area has to offer.

The barn has a shared tennis court and BBQ facilities, with ample private parking for cars (including a boat if you wish to tow one). Ideally located, it is a 15 minutes walk to the village, which has two pubs. You are also on the doorstep of the South West Coastal Path, just a short 5 minutes stroll away.

Plymouth has lots to offer. Plymouth Barbican, overlooking Sutton Harbour, and close to the central shopping area, the Barbican and University areas of the city. The best restaurants are within a short walking distance, as is the newly developed Drake Circus shopping centre.

Also, the River Tamar and Mount Edgecumbe country park, the Mayflower Marina and River Tamar flowing out to Plymouth Sound.
