One of three very quietly positioned single storey cottages set in 2 acres of the owner's farmhouse grounds situated in the rural Norfolk village of Hainford. The village is centrally located from the City of Norwich, Norfolk Broads or North Norfolk coast and a short distance to a village pub serving excellent food.

Cottages enjoy the benefit of Flatscreen TV with Freeview, WIFI and DVD. Cosy lounge has wood burning stove as well as electric radiators ensuring a warm feel throughout. Separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with double bed. Enjoy walks through the grounds and make friends with the owners sheep or have tea in the summerhouse overlooking the pond to ensure a peaceful getaway from city life.

Bursting with cultural vibrancy and heritage buildings, stunning 1000 year old architecture and superb UK top ten shopping; visitors can also enjoy great museums, art galleries and award-winning eateries. Easy to explore on foot, uncover the atmospheric Norwich Lanes and quaint Cathedral Quarter, wander through the Royal Arcade and weave around Norwich Market finding tasty local produce. Norwich promotes boundless energy in arts and culture with a full programme of; performance, events, arts festivals, literary celebrations, theatre, classical and modern music including art-house cinema.

The Norfolk Broads is one of the most popular inland waterways in Europe and provides the perfect setting for a day trip. The Norfolk Broads is also Britain's largest protected wetland with status equivalent to a National Park. The beautiful, wild expanse of 200km of lock-free navigable rivers, shallow lakes, woodland, fens and grazing marshes, is home to some of the rarest plants and wildlife in the UK to the Swallowtail butterfly to the reclusive bittern.

"Excellent"

Wonderful stay at this cottage. Had everything we needed and owners left some milk, biscuits, tea bags etc which was really thoughtful. Cottage was very clean and very quiet so nice to relax. Great ba… More

"Tranquillity"

We had a wonderful four days here, it was wonderfully peaceful. The cottage had everything that was needed for a winter break, even a log burner for colder evenings. We would certainly go again.
