Chalet | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 2
Guests staying at Rainbow's End enjoy the superb views of the River immediately outside the chalet. There are views towards Norwich and towards Great Yarmouth. There is some boat traffic on the River to add interest. Many visitors spend their time relaxing and fishing from the patio. Others explore the delights of Norfolk - the many national trust properties, Norwich itself, which is superb for shopping, theatres, cinemas etc, and the local seaside resorts. Pets are welcome at this property, and there are many local and seaside walks to enjoy.

There is heating in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, apart from a washing machine. The kitchen and sitting room/dining areas are combined into one living area. There are patio doors leading to a small balcony, and three steps down to the patio. The river Yare, which is ideal for fishing, is directly in front of the property.

Norwich is a lively city with theatres, cinemas, extensive restaurants and numerous places of historical interest to visit.
Brundall is a suburb of Norwich and is a fairly quiet village. However, within the village, and within walking distance of the holiday property, there is a good supermarket, chemist, fish and chip shop, Chinese food takeaway, boat chandlery etc. Day boat hire is available from several local boat hire businesses. There are two pubs, one within 400 yards of the property, offering good quality, reasonably priced food. There is a top quality restaurant in the village also. Check out www.lavenderhouse.co.uk. You might like to eat here for a special birthday or anniversary.
For most visitors, the fishing from the front patio of the property is of prime importance.
My boat is moored in the dyke, and although guests cannot use this boat, if I am present in Brundall during your stay I would be delighted to invite you for a trip along the river, maybe to site see, possibly to visit a riverside pub - your choice.
I may have to ask you for permission to take my boat out of the dyke during your stay, but promise that this will not unduly interrupt your holiday.
