The villa occupies a privileged 5,000 square metre plot of land and has been built with respect and sensitivity to the surrounding environment. This original and attractively designed villa has been furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
The open plan entry level features an L-shaped living area with feature fireplace, furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre. A dining table is set to one side underneath windows that overlook the pool area out toward the sea. Separated from the open plan living/dining area by a low wall with railings is the kitchen. The kitchen is reached by a few steps and fully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate laundry area houses the washing machine. French doors from both the kitchen and living area lead directly onto a spacious terrace which offers some of the islands most breathtaking views over the olive groves. Furnished with a table and plenty of seating the terrace is the perfect spot for enjoying family meals, admiring the views or relaxing with a good book.
Stairs connect both the upper and lower levels to the entry level. Heading up from the living room brings you to a guest cloakroom after just a few steps. Continuing up these stairs you reach the first of the brightly coloured bedrooms, a twin bedded room. Continue for a few more steps and you arrive at a full family bathroom. The final few steps lead to the 'crows nest' double bedroom at the top of the house. Here many hours can be spent sitting on the private fully furnished balcony enjoying the views of the seemingly unending blue waters of the Aegean Sea below.

The Sporades/Evia region
Alonissos is one of the less visited islands of the Sporades chain and after Skiathos and Skopelos it is the third member of the group. The island is 4.5 km at its widest point and 20 km at its longest. The island is a walkers paradise as it is green, fertile and heavily wooded and the nightlife is 'low key' .
Northern Sporades / Alonissos Island area
Situated in beautiful countryside, on the northwest coastline of Alonissos, just 5 km from the cosmopolitan and extremely picturesque port of Patitiri. The villa is set on wooded hillside just above the sand & pebble bay of Megali Ammos. The beautiful village of Steni Vala is approx 20 minutes drive away where there is a selection of lovely fish tavernas lined along the waters edge. This rather remote area of the island is reached via a dirt road approximately 4 km in length. As the last 400 metres or so of the road is rather rough a 4x4 vehicle is essential when booking this villa.

The master bedroom suite is situated on the lower level. This spacious and uniquely designed room encompasses nearly the same footprint as the entire upper level of the house. The beautiful oriental style double bed sits low to the ground and fits perfectly under the huge picture window. The shower room which features a modern walk in shower is partitioned by a colourful glass block wall. The cosy living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV complete with home cinema, DVD/CD player.
Boasting a Jacuzzi tub what better way to relax than soaking away the days tensions whilst watching your favourite movie. In addition, a hidden kitchenette is at the disposal of those not wanting to emerge into the main house for breakfast or an evening snack. This small kitchen unit is complete with cooking rings, fridge, kettle and enough crockery and utensils to make a very simple meal or breakfast and coffee in the privacy of your own room.

The lovely outdoor spaces are one of the properties highlights and many hours will be spent on the shaded front terrace with its comfortable outdoor furniture, sipping drinks in the evening or lounging with a good book during the heat of the day. The 8 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas (beach towels are provided). A barbecue is supplied to help you make the most of summer dining al fresco.
