About the home

Beautiful villa with magnificent view of the coastal villages Roussoum and Patitiri, the sea and the islands. The house has a very friendly atmosphere. Light and comfortable, furnished with both Greek and antique African and Asian furniture.

This fully equipped house was built in 1997, by the current owners. It is covered in bougainvillea and (fragrant ) roses. All three floors have large balconies paved, like the outdoor steps, in the traditional Plaka. The floors indoors are paved in white marble.

The terraced style garden has olive, almond, fig and lime trees. A pergola covered in fragrant roses, wine leaves, and clematis.

The Sporades/Evia region

Alonissos is a lovely and quiet island in the Aegean Sea, unspoilt, situated in one of the few Marine Parks in the Mediterranean, known for its Monkseal colony and many dolphins. It can be reached via Skiathos by hoovercraft. Many hiking trails and great for boating. Green throughout the year. Clean and peaceful beaches and quiet forests.

Clean beaches can be reached by foot, boat, car or motorbike.

The Northern Sporades / Alonissos Island area

The island has several small villages and Patitiri is the "Capital"

Supermarkets, butchers, fishshops etc. provide you with fresh foor every day. Many lovely restaurants, both in the villages as on the beaches. Total amount of inhabitants is appr. 2200
