A high spec conversion of old buildings on a working smallholding with rare breed animals. Situated four miles from the attractive market town of Northallerton in an ideal location for exploring the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales and within an easy drive to York or the Coast at Scarborough and Whitby. Good walking and cycling country with the nearest pub food a half hour walk across the fields and many excellent restaurants in nearby villages.
The accommodation comprises one double and one twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with overbath shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail and underfloor heating. The open-plan sitting/dining room/kitchen also has underfloor heating supplemented by a coal-effect electric fire for chilly evenings. Freeview TV with DVD player, radio with CD player and a small selection of books, games, DVDs, CDs is provided. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster.
Highchair and travelcot available by arrangement, stairgate provided.
Fully enclosed garden with patio and outside table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining. Climbing frame with slide and swings outside the garden for supervised use.
Up to two dogs are welcome downstairs if kept under control outside the garden. Ample parking and undercover bike storage.
