This guesthouse is part of a 1940's semi detached house located in a quiet residential area. The kitchen is completely equipped consisting of a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are good transport links to central London. Supermarkets and food stores of all descriptions, shops, bars, restaurants, cafe and pubs are all in abundance and within walking distance.

The apartment has three bedrooms;

Bedroom 1- has a king-size bed with a sofa bed

Bedroom 2- has one single bed and a bunk bed (double at the bottom and a single at the top.

Bedroom 3- has a single bunk bed

Camden Lock is 15-20 minutes away from either Colindale and Hendon Central Station. It is well known for its Art, Crafts , Food, and Markets.

North West London

Hendon’s claim to fame is in flying, nearby is the Royal Air Force which is 1.6 miles.

The world famous Wembley Stadium is 3 miles away.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is within a 5-10 minutes drive. Oxford Street, Bond Street, Marble Arch and Regents Street are all within 30-40 minutes drive.

"A good, affordable base to visit London for a week with family."

"Yara very kind, house clean and very confortable"

We enjoyed very much our stay with our three children. We stayed 6 days. Central London is quite easily reachable by metro and bus (less than an hour). The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. Many groceries and small shops in the nearby. Yara is very kind. Good luck and best wishes to you Yara. The three bedrooms (with many beds) were more than enough for us.

"Welcoming, warm and cosy"

The house met our expectactions, we felt at home since the first moment. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we slept very well, the kitchen was fully equipped and we could use all the appliances easily.
The house is located in a quite residential area and it is very well linked to Hendon tube station on the Northern Line, alternatively there is the bus 113 from Hendon that gets to Marble Arch in about 30 minutes!
And last but not least...the landlady is wonderful, Yara is very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed staying at her's and we would recommend it to family and friends.

"Excellent !"

The House was as it had been described,very clean with all comfort and especially wifi for our sons. Yara, the owner, was very polite and helpful. Everything great!

"Most Wonderful Stay - THE BEST"

I had my family visiting London for the very first time. Yara & Jamila are most wonderful people & we were touched by their hospitality & warm behavior. The house itself is very beautiful & spacious. Each room is beautifully decorated & consists of a TV, small fridge, large mirrors, lot of spacious cupboards in one bigger room. There is absolute privacy & no interference at all. The kitchen is also very spacious leading to a beautiful dining room with wonderful ambiance.

I will recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant & memorable stay.
