CHECK-INN:

Check-in time is at 12:00 pm. Requests for late check-in after 8pm for extra price £20 (no returned).

On arrival, please hand over the personal documents (passports or IDs) of all guests for registration; please give the owner a copy of the booking form.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out time at 10:00 am. FREE early Check-out. On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 12:00. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. You stay in the room after 11.00 hours is charged as additional day.

KEY DEPOSIT:

There will be a £20 cash refundable deposit on house and room key. Please handle the key with care. Do not forget to turn in you key on reception when you leave. In case of damaged or loss of you key during time of you stay we will charge £20.00 compensation.

Dear guests,

We would like to welcome you to our Guest house and inform you in short with our house rules. So we can ensure that you have a pleasant stay and eliminate any possible missing understandings. By confirming the booking and commencing your use of the accommodation unit, it is understood that you have read and accepted the house rules and that you will completely adhere to them. Should the guest not accept the house rules, he will be obliged to leave the accommodation unit.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the peace between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am so as not to disturb the host and his neighbours and the other guests in the house. Please take care about other guests that want to rest and avoid making noise in the room or in the hallway after 23.00.

During you stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use. Electricity is 220 V.

The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the room. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, change bed linen and towels, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients.

The owners do not have the obligation to furnish any towel, kitchen cloth, cleaning products and detergent (etc. deck chairs).

When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the water.

As well the guests are asked while they are outside to close doors and windows while it is in use.

It is not allowed to cool down food and drinks by leaving them under running water. It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose like outside the house or in its vicinity.

In case of reservation of an accommodation 'Robinson' type the guests have to save water and electricity, they cannot without the authorization of the owners use appliances that consume a lot of electricity (iron, hair drier...) and the guest will be charge for that.

The use of any equipment or appliance not included in the price of the accommodation (kitchen, barbecue, garage…) is possible only on agreement of the owners.

For safety and hygiene reasons preparing of hot meals or drinks in the property/room is not allowed.

The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise then the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.

The host is not responsible for guest's possessions, but will do everything possible to protect such items and to warn the guest about possible dangers. For you money, securities and other valuables there you need to look by yourself. We are not liable in case of theft or loss.

Fire hazards and explosive substances are not permitted within the accommodation unit, nor are substances having strong or unpleasant smells. Open fire, smoking, candles etc. are not allowed in hallways, steps or on the staircase.

Please use the premises that are at your disposal, equipment and inventory carefully as a good host.

Appliances which require an electrical supply are not permitted into the apartment unless permission to do so has been granted by the host. Use of electricity included within the cost of the accommodation does not foresee unusual additional electrical devices and any such device found in the apartment will be charged with an additional cost for electricity according to the consumption regardless of whether they were used or not. You are kindly asked not to remove articles from the apartment (towels, bed linen, chairs, tables, blankets and parasols).

The owners do not have the right to enter in the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the accommodation. In this case they have to inform the guests about it as soon as they come back at the accommodation. If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.

Damage or objection to service please report to the host. Guests who either purposely or unintentionally break or damage the contents of the accommodation unit will be obliged to pay the host the full amount of the damage incurred. On the day of departure, guests are obliged to contact the host personally and with him to check all rooms and house devices so as to confirm that no damage has been caused. Damage costs that are not reported on the day of departure will be required by law.

It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment.

Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occurred damage. The owners can ask the guests to leave a deposit on their day of arrival. The deposit will be refund to the guests in its totality on the day of departure only if they leave the accommodation in the same status as they found it. If the owners request a deposit, the guests will be informed about it when receiving the invoice.

Smoking is not allowed in the premises. This is both for the comfort of other guests and to comply with the law. There will be a charge of two nights at the going rate if you smoke in your room, in order to cover cleaning costs and our inability to let the room.

Visits can be held in common areas of the guest house like hall or garden and not in the room. Should the host find visitors who have not been registered or announced during the booking; both he and the agency retain the right to cancel the accommodation booking for all guests.

Please note that your booking is for the number of individuals agreed when booking and that, for the security of other guests and to comply with fire regulations, other visitors are not permitted.

Lost and found items please report at the reception.

The owners can put an end to the reservation of the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, regardless the shorter stay.

We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behaviour.

The owners are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need. In case of any complain about the quality of the accommodation please to contact directly the owners, and call then the agency in case that they cannot solve the problem.

When starting to use the accommodation it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations. Any problem that cannot be solved on the spot with the owners or the agency will involve the intervention of the police or of the tribunal of Split. Complains will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complains will not be considered.
