This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. It has beautiful tiled floors in the living room & kitchen area. All baths are tiled, while the bedrooms are all carpeted.

House is only one lot away from the beach access. Home has a boat dock and a boat ramp right on a canal that leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your jet ski and take advantage of the water. There's a nice outside shower.
