The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, so would suit families and groups who would enjoy a busy day in the city and surrounding areas and then get back to a peaceful home to relax in. Guests would be expected to respect the quiet area, so not suitable for parties or noisy get-togethers, otherwise enjoy.

Is in the green and leafy borough in one of the most sought after suburbs in north London. Its high position means it commands far reaching views across the capital.It has a bustling Broadway, red brick Edwardian housing. This sought after suburb attracts creative and media people – actors, artists, journalists and musicians, which you can easily bump into. The lively social scene on Muswell Hill Broadway has bars, cafes and restaurants. It has green spaces and spectacular views across London. There are good local (and child friendly) shops and delis, and an all day and night bus service connecting with the West End.

Alexandra Palace:

The seven acre “Ally Pally” is surrounded by 196 acres of beautiful parkland. In 1936 it became the headquarters of the world's first regular public "high-definition" television service, operated by the BBC. The venue hosts many concerts, festivals and events, including the Brit awards and the MTV Europe Music Awards, the German Bier Festival and other concerts. The grounds have a pub and restaurant, a boating lake, pitch and putt course, deer enclosure, rose garden and amazing views across London. The People's Park boasts panoramic views of London's skyline which are second to none. These breathtaking views stretch from Canary Wharf to St Paul's Cathedral and the Shard, and really must be seen to be believed. In November every year, a large free fireworks display is usually held as part of London's Bonfire Night celebrations on Guy Fawkes night.

"Comfortable and quiet"
